    Well, I have never seen anyone making a drink from Guinep. However, I will definitely have to try this recipe because the drink looks so delicious.

      Thank you. It's not one of the popular drinks here in Jamaica, but there are a few Jamaicans who are aware that they can be had this way. Guineps can also be processed & consumed in other ways too, that aren't popular in Jamaican culture. I'm pretty sure you will like the taste. The ginger gives it a nice lift...💖

    Informative video. I never knew guineps could be made into a drink. This video reminds me of my father, who loved guieps so much I had to ask him if he was pregnant and have a graving. Sweet memories 😊

      You're welcome Mike. We call them guineps here in Jamaica, but they have other names depending on the region they are found. For instance, in Barbados they are called ackee. Ackee for us here in Jamaica is another fruit. Anyway, glad you learnt something new today & I hope that you'll get to try them one day & perhaps this drink...🙂💞

    Where can I put to my canepa tree so he can produce

    • @EarthsMedicine
      @EarthsMedicine  4 місяці тому

      Full sun, away from other trees, buildings etc because if you don't prune it, it can get really big & away from somewhere that floods or remains wet after rain. Plus you need two trees, one functionally male and one functionally female for good fruit production.
