Reese K you are to have right sides touching... you are starting off with both pant legs inside out, turn one right side out, put inside other pant leg (right side touching) and sew crotch, then take pant leg out, both pant legs are wrong side out
0433elva One should not raise their arm in anything off the shoulder because it is difficult. The off the shoulder look is typically aesthetically pleasing.
