Thank you my friend! I try not to focus on things that are outside of my control like subscribers and views but focus my energy on things I can control like quality of the videos and images. I am very grateful you enjoyed it though. To me that makes it worth it.
This particular film camera, the minolta x700 has a fantastic in-built light meter. I've found it to be extremely accurate! Appreciate the kind words as well my friend!
That is awesome to hear! I'm glad you were able to take something from this video and I appreciate you taking the time to leave me this awesome comment.
Thanks my dude! Something a bit different, took a long time though haha the whole video was shot over about 4 weeks so technically I aged from the start to the end ;)
Really appreciate that Alex! I cant believe how much I loved colorplus, it has a heavy grain structure but as the name suggests the colors were great. Hope you are well my friend.
Love those images mate. Especially the church. Definitely didn't need the portra$$ to create those. As for finding meaning with your art, I hear ya. At least on an intellectual level 😂 Still think I concentrate too much on the process though and not the results. Which is fine for my snapshotty style at the moment. But I have been giving some thought about what I want to convey lately. Also, good luck with the project. We'll be waiting eagerly to see your progress!
I've had my eye on that church for a long time. They are incredibly beautiful buildings. Sometimes the process can be where we find meaning after all the image only makes up a small percentage of the total experience, it's important to be present and try to live as intensely as you can through every step. Thank you for this wonderful comment and I'm excited to share the project!
Subscribed.
Hope to see many more videos on your channel in 2024 and beyond.

Always appreciate you Luis! Its certainly worth trying in my opinion.
Those turned out great. That area reminds me a lot like areas of north Florida small towns.
And your front door has no door knob😂
Id love to visit Florida if that's the case! And you cant be to careful in these parts hence no door knob haha

Which camera and lenses have you used to make this video ?
I shot the video on a canon 5d mark iv paired with the sigma 35mm 1.4 and the images where captured using a minolta x700 with a rokkor 50mm 1.4.
But Color Plus has always been a great film stock! 🎞️
As always I'm late to the party! Better late than never though, it is such a great film stock!!
Kudos Blake.
Thank you my friend!
