I had a visit recently to amritsar this time. Must say these videos are no more than simply hype.Out of things i tried , i did like Ahuja white lassi as by the time i reached peda lassi was not available still enjoyed .I live in Delhi and find nearest hotel dal makhni much better than kesar ka dhabas one.Kesar kaa dhaba straightway missed tandoor aroma in his dal makhni.Topping it with butter/flowing ghee gives it a good look but taste was not to mark. Here i see 12 ghante daal pakti hai as their chef says. This makes me believe when customers are more then they put water. The palak which kesar kaa dhaba served had a kasoori methi mixed with paneer and still here that tandoori aroma was missing.6 years backs i had tried bharwan da dhaba and food was not so special.I just say the blend of spices and the way cooking happens in delhi,amritsar may be good in quantity of people doing food business.But one great gun cook of delhi is enough to beat whole amritsar. Further walking near darbar sahab ,i saw a kulfi wala.Took one.Imagine.Custard with skimmed milk.Simply pathetic.Then at kesar kaa dhabha itself.Tried yellow phirni. It looked outdated dish to me.Mainly why ?.Use of custard.Had it been rabri,would have relished.Kesar ka dhaba is only good for making breads Near darbar sahab itself tried kulcha with chhole.This time though after final bite there was some tandoor aroma.But the aroma didnot ignite hunger but made it opposite to hunger buds.Some where i felt cooking in amritsar may be good but people who are doing are not in front.Instead same old names are being recited and people fall prey tasting only them. Even jalebi i agree was good of gurdas but not at next level.Jalebi beside crispy should be a bit starchy at mid bite.This was missing. My daughter finally said papa its all hype.Lets go and eat at delhi. Why to go far in delhi,just try haldiram and no amritsar dish beats his any of dish in taste.Delhi cooking is top.

0 ventilation, everyone's sweating and the vessels were last washed 3 years back. As a responsible influencer you must atleast advice them to maintain hygiene, especially during covid times.
Those are food stains, and are on the outside, and the food keeps cooking on the inside so it can't get dirty(as the insides automatically get washed when they cook new batch of food), also near tandoor and where things are cooking, everyone always sweats.

Maine yaha 3 saal pehle visit kia tha really awesome food but now from 1.5 year due to medical conditions I am not able to eat any food pr aapke videos dekh ke sukun milta hai, they way you enjoy food keep it up, Aap mote kyu nahi hote itna khake raaz kya hai 😂😂
one more suggestion For packaging dal, they are using plastic containers that is not a very big problem but then they are also tempering spices in oil and then directly putting it in the container which will definitely melt the plastic.

Iska bahut naam sunker october 21 mei gaye the .Mgt.achhi the per quality koi khas nahi the jitna naam suna tha. Usse achi qualty dusre hotels aur Dhabas mei meli the. Jagah bhi khuli the jabki Kesar Ka Dhaba bahut taang gali mei hai. Hygienic conditions nahi hai.
