I WAS WONDERING HOW TO DO THIS. I FOUND THIS OLDER VIDEO AND I AM SO EXCITED TO TRY THIS ONE. CAN I USE Clear stamps. I shall try. TYFS my dear friend. This video was a little bit before I started card making by about 2 months.
Angela Hartley, the ToDo is a full size embossing, die cutting machine with a small heat plate for heat foiling & letterpress. Good for Scrapbookers and full sheets of paper. The Press and go is a smaller machine mainly for letterpress, embossing, & has a larger heating area for hot foiling. Anna Griffin has great videos on it. I prefer the press and foil machine. The ToDo is too big and heavy.
I guess I am in trouble because I don't have the minc. I have a regular lamimator that gets as hot as a minc and I can't afford to keep buying machines..I am sure you understand that..I know I saw another video, that didn't have good results besides that minc reactor liquid stuff you used, and it came out prettier than the minc stuff..IF I can find it I will let you know..They had the minc machine too..
I saw Georgia's video too. I like all you've taught us about foiling. Thank you.
Love the look of the foils! I have a laminator and think that will work also, but have not tried it!
Denise Bryant time to get it out and play!

nancy, if you use a fine glitter or holographic embossing powder to foil over will the holographic show through the foil?
I don't recommended this. The foil will not stick because the powder is bumpy and no it will not show through.

Do ypu know the differences between the todo and go press and foil machine? Thanks!

If you use the "sticky embossing powder".
