    Quite literally "the final frontier".

      Yep! Deep space, deep sea, and deep neurotransmitters...the last final frontiers!

    Is it possible to access to the aforementioned Msc subject after A Bsc in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience?
    Also thinking of taking a gap year after graduate, for implementing some advanced math course

      In the UK you can study computational neuroscience and cognitive robotics with an undergrad in psychology

    I want to ask a question, I have a BA in linguistics, is it possible for me to do a masters degree in computational neurosciences? or not?

      It would be really difficult, as you don't have any scientific background like maths or neuroscience

    • @ziddy26
      @ziddy26 7 років тому +2

      It would be difficult but NOT Impossible. It all depends on you. Just take some Advance mathematics class and programming class.

      And do research on the web page of the universities or go personally there and ask if you can do a pre-master or sign in a Bachelor and only complete the needed modules to get in the master Computational Neuroscience. I wish you great success.

      So did you end up taking the course? If so, how'd you do?

    Is the illustration of connected neurons based on real imaging or just an illustration?

    • @gunnargrah7724
      @gunnargrah7724 7 років тому +1

      It is based on real imaging. The big "zoom out" at 1:10 is a composite, but the underlying imagery is real here as well.

      @@gunnargrah7724 how long to teach yourself all of this with only highschool math and science?

    • @pagecollector4856
      @pagecollector4856 3 місяці тому

      @@vanillaglue I think the best soulution is to study it at University. Even if it would be possible to learn everything by yourself, you learn a lot more with internships in research.

    So I want to eventually have a career in artificial intelligence and computational neuroscience. I want to major in computer science . Should I go to medical school for further expertise?

    • @tevinheath3997
      @tevinheath3997 6 років тому +14

      SockNibba No because it is different type of career where the prime focus is patient care, PhD is required for a career in computational neuroscience and AI preferably a computational science or a solo computational neuroscience.
