Bought a Legion Y530 two years ago. I really like the Legions design aesthetics, the laptops looks like a business laptop without the 'edgy' gaming laptop design.
I still use lenovo ideapad y510p form 2013 xD

NGL as a Predator user, I’m gonna say Legion’s laptop cooling system is far better than Predators.
It depends, 2019 and 2020 version of helios line up got great cooling system. And legion improved their cooling system in their 2020 version.
Both Helios and Legion didn't good before the refresh.
@@張彥暉-v8p yea my old Legion Y530 was like a little hotbox, my core i7-8759H was at like 80 degrees all the time! glad i swiched to a desktop... but i still do miss the good ol times with the homies before we split our ways :(
@@張彥暉-v8p agreed. I'm a very happy owner of a predator helios 300 2019 model and the cooling is solid. (Cpu barely rarely goes over 80c and usually mid 70's during high intensity use. Gpu is even lower than that at mid 60's)
It was a shame to see that the 2020 versions were not too ground breaking.
Still remains one of the best choices in 2019!

Legion series are better cleaning style hide monster inside :) and yea i agree about cooling legions better i never hit 80c lol :) 4.00Ghz 8 cores 24/7 stable

I'm finding more and more people are liking the sleek professional look. Even Acer is making the Predator laptops more professional looking.
Predator's gamery look isn't everyone's taste,i personally like it so i bought it
Well, they just went all minimalist this year so yeah...
Currently have The Asus G15 Advantage as my main laptop but the 2019 Predator Helios 300 still works perfectly. It's quite sturdy and been through some rough handling. Very easy to change internals, repasting and all that and the hinges and display are solid. Their current lineup had been quite iffy though.
Lenevo, I just never been a fan of but I have heard their recent legion lineup last year was quite good.

If legion was a personality.... It would be an assassin. The way it is able to meld in to public spot light without looking suspiciously powerful feels like copping a feel and getting away with it.
After having Acer before and while they were hard to die, many problems even to the point of full warranty exchanges. Things love to freeze up, cooling sucked even on low performance modes.... but it did keep crawling along refusing to quit.
but this fuckers wont die btw LMAO my acer aspire e5 still runs and can play pubg lite and valorant, at BASE MODEL specs imagine that. hahaha now i bought the lenovo so i would like to see how durable lenovo are.
@@stevenleyson728 That is true. Mine didn't die. Just plagued me with constant issues. I even punched a 5 inch dent one day in the side of the case, it worked better after that. Somewhat. But wouldn't seem to die on me.

@Alienizer your channel can convince people to buy the products which are actualy good and even fan boys can let go of their favourite brand a fter the fun comparison of price, specs, details, and other segments. Legion is the way. I love their aesthetic. They can be RGBd out if ya wantz or fit into a meeting room either way. Not crazy expensive, they last, and they perform.

On a serious note, the Lenovo Legion M200 mouse in 2021 is very affordable with cheap price. Just 900 INR. I have also checked the reviews, it say the mouse is awesome. If you’re looking for a good but cheap gaming mouse, I would definitely recommend the Lenovo M200. At least minecraft god bridging will be easier for you with the mouse, regardless of your potato PC ;)

I have a Predator Helios 300 and my friend has a Legion (Not sure what model) but both have identical specs. Out of the two, I prefer the Helios. I’ve found it has better built in software, they keys feel nicer, the screen has less ghosting and feels like it has a faster response time, a better camera, it’s a little thinner, has a smaller charger, and is easier to upgrade. Just overall a better package imo. Both are fantastic options and my friend loves his Legion! (Also both cost exactly $1200 at the time) For those wondering the specs, i7 9750h, 1660Ti, 16gb ram, not sure of storage on his but mine is 256gb ssd. HOWEVER it came with an upgrade kit and I put a 1tb hdd in there too. Both have 1080p 144hz screens. Both are 2019 models.

I think the legion part has more great design more than Predator.
Me too man. I'm planning on buying the new base model if it releases before April in my country. Plus legion has AMD chips too, hence less power consumption and furthermore, more battery life

@@enigma1704 good but I can warn you, like 5i or depending model's you get and shipping them for example you've ordered one and it start going to ship where your location and when you open your new laptop it has screen problem. but depends of shipping that handles with care

I like my legion s7. Lightweight and slim with nice and sleek design, but also pretty powerful. I never did regret buying it, though i wish it had better battery
Plug in the lap while using it. It increases performance and your battery will never die

@@James54590 GTX 1660TI with an i7-9750H. Upgraded my RAM to 32gb my self and had new thermal paste put on the CPU and GPU.
I have a legion 5 pro and while everyone is saying the design is minimalist, the pro isn’t at all. But I LOVE the 5 pro and it’s super good gaming laptop and I saw reviews of the Helios series being bad so I didn’t get that
