How are you and others getting 5.6s? I can’t find a way to get out of 5.8s with almost getting to 5.7 with any of my cars. I even copied tunes and they also get 5.8s
Could you tryout the Willy’s division x car? I’ve only gotten 4.3 twice and only on the Battle Creek map if that makes any difference. Usually 4.4-4.2 but some how it went4.376 and 4.356.
Check to make sure all your upgrades are in order, i missed one and was running a 6.3, went back and checked and i missed one.. since been pulling low 5.7's.

It doesn't matter, they're all the same but just come with different upgrades. I usually use strip version because it comes with perfect tunes installed.

If it's spinning try moving weight back slightly or make first gear longer.

How do you know what tire size to use when upgrading cars
In general anything from 30" - 35" works. I usually start with 35 or 33.5 and work from there.
When do you know you have to lower the tire size or make it bigger

Haven't tried 3 speed tbh. I think you'll be out of the power band too long to hit 5.6s
