Thank you for a GREAT vid, wish all cooking vids were like this, short, quick, detailed and to the point, I don’t need to watch someone peeling chopping and dicing the onions and garlic for 5 minute. Your techniques are great, I liked the way you took half the onions out, this is the BEST chicken liver recipe I have watched and the one I will be making, I have watched 19 recipes so far, I’m a South African and will be using Nandos mild sauce as well as coconut cream and Kashmiri masala instead of the chili flakes, have liked and subscribed, great job !
I smiled when I saw the Woolies cream, knew you were from SA then and also because I bought the exact same cream from Woolies just yesterday for this dish
Excellent recipe - if you do not want it that hot and it gives a slightly different/unusual taste, substitute the cream with buttermilk (Amasi) it is still creamy but have a slight sour taste that actually compliments the peri peri - I know it sounds weird but it works!!!
Amazing thank u! We moved to a remote location far away from Mozambique restaurant and now I can make my own thanks to you. Closest recipe I’ve seen to that dish they serve! 🙌 subbed fellow South African
Just finished cooking this, while watching this vid 😅. Thanks alot 👍🏻
Looks delicious, it's our favourite Friday light meal dish , love it👍
Thank you. Enjoy
