When TXT debuted, the company said that their music is gonna be catered to young/teen audience but I still checked their every release. More out of curiosity than anything else because I thought it won't be made for sbd like me. But every single time, their songs are so insanely good. I can't help it, I'm really in love with their music and I actually wish more kpop groups would be making quality songs like this. This is exactly what I imagined the future of kpop will sound like a few years ago. Nobody is really doing it like TXT right now.
Well every group is different, and have their own concepts, but TXT really be killing it, and I'm never disappointed, I'm really so happy i decided to stand TXT

it seems like a lot of people think that the name of the album is literally talking about freezing physically. but that's not the case at all. if you search up fight, flight, or freeze you can see that theres such a deeper meaning to all of this. in terms of mentality, freeze means to become numb to everything and to run away from the world. this leads to excessive time on social media or tv and to develop disorders such as eating or buying disorders. in the teasers for boy, you can see that each of them are kinda disasociated with everything. yeonjun is excessively eating, beomgyu just stays in bed all day, soobin buys a ton of shoes but doesnt wear any (compulsively buying), taehyun tries to distract himself with books, and hueningkai just spends time on his phone all day. its crazy how they managed to make us believe that they were doing some cool elsa concept where they beat up ice monsters but actually they managed to relate it to struggling teens. txt really is above and beyond
why is this comment so undeterred? I think it's really one of the best interpretations of this era, people needs to talk more about it, thanks for bringing it up

Aku mau drop analisis teori aku. Yeonjun kan di perlihatkan kek depresi, sedih, kesal dll karena orang tua dia yang berentem terus dirumah tanpa memikirkan perasaan dia. Nah, disini Yeonjun mutuskan untuk pergi dari situasi yang memuakkan baginya dg diam² mencuri kunci mobil ayahnya. Setelah itu diperlihatkan kalau teman² dia (members) dah ada aja di mobil nungguin dia. Members disini sebagai cheonsa/malaikat penyelamat bagi Yeonjun sampai² dia bilang untuk ikut bawa dia ke kampung halaman mereka /tempat jauh dari orang tuanya (lirik part Soobin) supaya terlepas dari hidup dia yg suram/hancur sampe rasanya kek dah pasrah untuk mati (lirik part Hyuka I'm fine to die). Dan setelah itu mereka bersenang², susah senang di lalui bersama². They are so happy together hingga terjadi kejadian tanpa sengaja bakar mobil. Tapi anehnya reaksi mereka malah diluar dugaan. Mereka malah kek mendapatkan kebahagian tersendiri dari melihat api yg membara yang semua ini benar² terasa nyata bagi mereka (lirik part Taehyun 'I know it's real I can feel it). Makanya mereka gak panik or merasa takut, malah senyum senang. :'( Disini aku mikirnya Yeonjun kek punya penyakit halusinasi (?) gitu, jadi semua itu cuman halusinasi dari Yeonjun doang. Dia jalan² itu cuman sendirian (scene ending - dilihat mobil masih utuh. Terus scene menuju ending gitu Yeonjun kek teriak², joget², loncat² di kamarnya). Teman²nya (members) bisa jadi hanya teman khayalan atau mereka sebenarnya dah gak ada lagi (kalau ngerujuk ke lirik part soobin sih, kampung halaman yg di maksud bisa jadi heaven alias surga, kalau kek gitu members disini diceritain dah die, makanya members tiba² dah di mobil nungguin yeonjun), tapi Yeonjun berhalusinasi mereka still there with him, having fun together :'( Karena lagu ini kan ttg cinta pertama gitu, aku mikirnya cinta pertama yg di maksud disini bukan cewek, tapi teman²nya yeonjun (members) sebagai cinta pertama bagi dia yg dapat dikatakan yang benar² membuat Yeonjun merasakan apa itu cinta (kasih sayang) utk pertama kalinya. This song is like comfort to those who are suffering because of mental health problems, who struggle daily just to remain alive. Feels like this song speaks for all of us. Showing how it is to live as damaged person. How desperate or hopeless we can be. "I know, I love you" Hope they know I love them too. This makes me feel like even if we are losing in this game named life, even if we are full with problems, love sick, having no way out, we should keep loving and never lose hope that there's someone who loves us no matter what so that we'll try little bit harder to not give up even if it feels like we aren't going to make it. As a person who fights daily just to survive from my own thoughts I want to believe there will always be someone who will love me till the end of the world. Even though my mind screams the opposite that i am losing every friend I got, that I'll end up completely alone I really want to believe it.
I don't understand why music videos like this are the ones who have slower period of getting views when they are more meaningful than other mvs. It's not because im too attached to the artist group but like, this mv speaks a lot about mental health awareness. Aku mau drop analisis teori aku.
Yeonjun kan di perlihatkan kek depresi, sedih, kesal dll karena orang tua dia yang berentem terus dirumah tanpa memikirkan perasaan dia. Nah, disini Yeonjun mutuskan untuk pergi dari situasi yang memuakkan baginya dg diam² mencuri kunci mobil ayahnya. Setelah itu diperlihatkan kalau teman² dia (members) dah ada aja di mobil nungguin dia. Members disini sebagai cheonsa/malaikat penyelamat bagi Yeonjun sampai² dia bilang untuk ikut bawa dia ke kampung halaman mereka /tempat jauh dari orang tuanya (lirik part Soobin) supaya terlepas dari hidup dia yg suram/hancur sampe rasanya kek dah pasrah untuk mati (lirik part Hyuka I'm fine to die).
Dan setelah itu mereka bersenang², susah senang di lalui bersama². They are so happy together hingga terjadi kejadian tanpa sengaja bakar mobil. Tapi anehnya reaksi mereka malah diluar dugaan. Mereka malah kek mendapatkan kebahagian tersendiri dari melihat api yg membara yang semua ini benar² terasa nyata bagi mereka (lirik part Taehyun 'I know it's real I can feel it). Makanya mereka gak panik or merasa takut, malah senyum senang. :'(
Disini aku mikirnya Yeonjun kek punya penyakit halusinasi (?) gitu, jadi semua itu cuman halusinasi dari Yeonjun doang. Dia jalan² itu cuman sendirian (scene ending - dilihat mobil masih utuh. Terus scene menuju ending gitu Yeonjun kek teriak², joget², loncat² di kamarnya). Teman²nya (members) bisa jadi hanya teman khayalan atau mereka sebenarnya dah gak ada lagi (kalau ngerujuk ke lirik part soobin sih, kampung halaman yg di maksud bisa jadi heaven alias surga, kalau kek gitu members disini diceritain dah die, makanya members tiba² dah di mobil nungguin yeonjun), tapi Yeonjun berhalusinasi mereka still there with him, having fun together :'(
Karena lagu ini kan ttg cinta pertama gitu, aku mikirnya cinta pertama yg di maksud disini bukan cewek, tapi teman²nya yeonjun (members) sebagai cinta pertama bagi dia yg dapat dikatakan yang benar² membuat Yeonjun merasakan apa itu cinta (kasih sayang) utk pertama kalinya. Deep :'(
Ttg yeonjun yg tiba² dance mambo itu kalau gak salah referensi dari Movie tapi aku lupa judulnya. Maknanya nyesek juga kalau gak salah ingat masih berhubungan ttg kesepian/kesedihan gitu. (aku nggak tahu juga gimana, soalnya aku belum nonton movienya). Ikan cupang juga pasti bagian teori and dunno maknanya apa. Tangan gip taehyun yg bertuliskan lover / loser juga referensinya dari movie. Cmmiiw.

This song is like comfort to those who are suffering because of mental health problems, who struggle daily just to remain alive. Feels like this song speaks for all of us. Showing how it is to live as damaged person. How desperate or hopeless we can be.

This makes me feel like even if we are losing in this game named life, even if we are full with problems, love sick, having no way out, we should keep loving and never lose hope that there's someone who loves us no matter what so that we'll try little bit harder to not give up even if it feels like we aren't going to make it.

I don't understand why music videos like this are the ones who have slower period of getting views when they are more meaningful than other mvs. It's not because im too attached to the artist group but like, this mv speaks a lot about mental health awareness.
