The OINP has programs that are linked to Express Entry and programs that do not require applicants to have a valid Express Entry profile. The OINP also has programs that require job offers and programs that do not require job offers.

Thank you so much for your intensive overview. Lots of good information, I have one question regarding the French-speaking skilled worker stream. I’ll get my bachelor degree in Canada this year and get CLB 7 for the TEF. The only thing that I lack is work experience . Do you think I can work outside of Canada for 1 year and still be eligible in this stream ? Or I have to stick with the Canadian Experience Class since I study in Canada ? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I got notification of interest form Ontario based on my express entry profile but I don't have work reference letter from 1 employer because the ownership of business changed and they don't have previous employees records. will t4 slips and notification of assessment will work as experience in Ontario? I contacted Ontario and they said we can not pre assessed applications. and sent me link of supporting documents.
Thank you for this information! I received the Ontario Nominee Certificate on October 21st through the second stream you mentioned, Express of Interest. Then, I created a EE profile and submitted EE Application on November 8th.
The first question is whether I need to update the NOC code on the EE profile based on the 2022 NOC since I used the 2016 NOC for OINP, and the EE is currently waiting to confirm. Second, it's been one month now, and there hasn't been an update on the nomination confirmation. Do I need to email the Ontario nominee with EE profile and NOC code? Thank you very much for you help!
I am going to be eligible to apply in the OINP Skilled Trade Stream. Just wondering are we allowed to create an express entry profile before one year completion? I mean two months before or we can't create one? Thank you.

About one year working without a gap. I work at the same place since January 14th 2021, but from January to May 28th I worked for a contractor and after June 1th I started for the main company, nothing changed, the job, the boss, the uniform, the salary, literally nothing changed. Would you know if this 3 days will be considered a GAP between work? Thanks for your help.
@UNWIND so, they will consider it as a full time job for one year without a gap? I’m leaving the company, show I do just one employer letter and mention the period working for a contractor or should I write two different ones?

Can we update express entry profile after receiving noi from Ontario? Just realised that I did not include work experience (however it is not related to my noc code as it was a casual job at fuel station)
Will it affect anything?
It’s okay you don’t need to update that since the work experience is not relevant to your NOC code
For OINP Tech draw 455-467, Do person with CRS 455 gets picked? Is CRS range inclusive of High-Low crs?

Why are there only 10 idiots to deal with 100000 files though???? It involves our money and time and patience. If they have given opportunities, they should keep the same requirements for us until we get our PR.

The OINP tech draw always targets CRS Score upto max 467. My score is 470 and that's the reason I never receive an NOI. Do you suggest me to reduce few points in my express entry profile so that my score falls to 467 and there is higher chance for OINP Tech draw calling me?
My NOC Code is 2173 - Software Engineer
Yes, if you could someone bring your score down, as strange as it may sound, it would benefit you if you want a nomination through that stream.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I have a CRS score of 478. I am not picked for FSW because FSW draws are paused and even if they start drawing my score is too low (500 cut-off score is predicted). I also won't get picked for OINP because I have too high a score? This makes no sense. Canada's migration program is a joke.
Same situation. Just haphazard and unfair
For entire 2021, OINP kept picking people with lower scores and ignoring higher qualified people
@@oluwatomisinadebayo-begun2248 They pick scores between 460 and 468. Whatever I do to reduce my score a bit, won't work. I tried reducing my work experience from 3 to 1, but it makes my crs score becomes 453. Now it's too low. Unbelievable.
@@mehdisatei8649 talk about it, same boat as you my friend! Same score too. They wanted to take in the most high ranked profiles and now they did the exact opposite in 2021 and now the once high scorers are in limbo. I mean if they could have a 27,000 ITA round for CEC, they can do something similar for FSW, just to clear the pool.
