Great episode Allie. I was a little concerned because I hadn't heard from you all, for a few weeks. All that being said, thanks for taking us along with you guys. Thanks Stephen! we went through a rough patch where we broke our external hard drive and all our footage was gone, which prevented me from editing any episodes. Happy that we got all our footage back though with the help of a technician and are back on track :) Always love to hear from you! thanks for coming along with us!

beautiful scenery. I don't know why people bad mouth bonito fish. Bleed them, fillet, chill, and cut the red line off of them. Looks like tuna and is great seasoned up and seared on both sides. I also don't gaff unless I'm going to eat the fish. Just saying.
we ate the fish! we also eat bonita - no picky eaters here, it was more so that we had eaten lots of bonita recently and were kinda sick of it.
