Hello, in this video I will work on a new design triangle shawl. A new crochet pattern consisting of a single row that beginners can easily do.
Been crocheting for 50 yrs now, learned when I was 7, and have done some very intricate pieces. this design is beautiful, but like others have stated,it's not worth the hassle having to slow down to count how many of whatever is being done. I like the music, get tired of hearing people talk, just wish the amount of stitch being worked etc. was on screen. Def. not for most beginners.
I've been crocheting for many years but I still consider myself a beginner. If you can figure out how to make the side pieces and the leaves it gets easier. The center part is just flipping back and forth between ch 9 and 2 leaves... They show attachment as SC. Edges of center alternate successively... Leaf, leaf, chain, chain and so on. I hope this helps...

Beautiful, but this is near impossible for a beginner especially without talking, explanation, or written pattern on screen or in description. I feel I'm a fairly skilled crocheter and I'm finding it so hard to find this repeat. Would also love to know how the end should be finished. Would it copy the edge pattern or is it left with just the open leaves?

I absolutely love this pattern. I've been crocheting for 50+ yrs. Not an expert but lets say high intermediate. It was hard to follow at first. Then i turned off the sound and starting using the pause button(alot) and counting. Worked out great. I will say in the beginning the ch 9s were getting me lost so i played with it & didnt do them. i instead did the 2 leaves and attached to where the ch 9 was going to be placed. Happily it worked out and made cool flowers. So after playing with that i went back & started over & that is when I started counting & pausing. So much easier. I made the triangles smaller & turned them into cute halter tops for swimsuit covers. The girls loved them!

This beautiful! I am a beginner, and I am going to give it a go. I learnt to crochet by watching UA-cam videos, and I have done several intricate designs that I thought I could never do. From learning how to crochet on UA-cam. I have made blankets for my 4 grandchildren and several scafes for family, friends, and my boss. It would be helpful if you could say or type how many stitches you are doing and what kind.
I can get a few rows and then I am lost. I pattern to follow would be extremely helpful so no pattern no shawl for me to make. I do love the pattern.

I love this, but I wish you gave better directions for this here. Slower and list every stitch instead of occasionally listing one.

Is there a written pattern anywhere than can supplement this? You’re using a very small white yarn on a white background, and stitching very fast, and I’m not always visually confident in where your starting the stitch in the next row is, or between the leaves. You point at certain places as if you indicate something, but I’m left to guess and figure it out. A written pattern or added captions would be super helpful here. I’m a novice/advanced beginner and this is lovely but could be more helpful.
