That makes sense. But hatchbacks have advantages. Usually in the indian market, we don't get engine options and features like a sedan in a hatchback. But this car is an exception.
I have booked i20 sport petrol ⛽️ but I am confuse between baleno or i20 . When I have drive the new I20 Pick up wise I don't feel so good apart from that everything is good , Baleno pick up wise so good . I Need suggestions should I go for i20 or baleno
I think it was a experimental project This is obviously made for international market and I think they wanted know how we Indians react to an international car and how we justify their pricing
I think people will be buying the lower end models instead of the baleno or the Altroz, but the top end Turbo variant (which costs almost 14lakh) wont be doing so well. Thats almost the price for a mid spec Honda City.
Its not always about price I guess.. some people would not have the parking space to park SUVs or would like in crowded cities where driving SUV is a pain.
11.18 which will go 13-13.5L on road will be hard to justify for a Hyundai hatchback, although the top model is loaded, it eventually comes in the segment of lower versions of verna , city or even seltos and creta
The SX(O) has 6 airbags, bose sound system with subwoofer, sunroof, tyre pressure monitor, 1.0L turbo 118bhp engine with DCT. I don't think verna or venue is better than the top end i20. People are saying it's overpriced only because it's a hatchback. But they'll happily buy jacked up hatchbacks like venue for a higher price. Isn't this lighter i20 better than Venue.??
I don't know about you all but I dont like the new i20 design. Don't even love the interior. The previous model was more premium looking. Looks do matter same as performance in Indian market.
People in the comments, "over priced", I think it's perfectly priced for the amount of things they are giving out. And I don't understand why people are comparing this with SUVs. Every car manufacturer out there is only putting out SUVs. There are people who'd prefer hatchback over SUV. I'm one of them coz I already own an Innova.
Altroz xz or i20 sportz which is better buy in terms of overall package ? Also Amaze VX vs Altroz XZ which is better . I know it's different segment boot space can be ignored here. Kindly suggest my budget 9lakhs +.
Nope... You aren't alone! The original design language of both the models have been lost in their newest iteration. The front is still ok for both. It's best not to say anything about the rear!
Apparently, we can feel the priorities of our consumers, it is more inclined towards features and resale value. I feel that's unfortunate. It ruins many things and if this continues for long, it may change the mindset/approach of other manufacturers also due to visible market trends. I hope ford, Mahindra, Tata, VW, Skoda, and Toyota do not get carried away with this. I don't want to see them going into losses due to the stupidity and priorities of Indian consumers. Their marketing teams need to buckle up, educate consumers, and sell their products based on their forte/positives. Peace.
Pricing will be hard to justify in a market which leans so heavily towards SUVs ( if you could call them that ). I'd rather get a Sonet or Nexon. Also that front end, my goodness. Previous gen i20 had such an elegant front end, way to ruin it.
My First Comment in UA-cam. I am so happy & satisfied with my previous model i20 Sportz plus version car, which I purchased just before this launch.. 31.10.2020 with a great discount also.. :) My car & it's feature, majestic looks are much more better than this new version..
Man that rear is ugly or what🤨 Hyundai has ruined the beautiful design of i20. Tata's offering has to be the best damn looking premium hatch in the segment. Treat>> Trick🇮🇳
If peeps are ready to buy Maruti against their own safety then imagine the number of idiots in our country. I bet you will see this car in top 10 selling chart of 2021.
So in India people will buy anything not Tata cars.. 😂🤣 Because Tata Motors don't know what our people needs they're working on 5 star safety.. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ As long as "kitna deti hai", and 'do I have air purifier in car' anything can sell in India not a safe car..
Yes I agree, but not all people want big cars, this is a hatchback. People buy the i20 as it is a hatchback. Otherwise there would only be vernas, and venues on the road.
The headlight on this car looks really great and lights up the road really well. I just got passed by one of them and I thought it's an expensive German from long.
Go for new i20 if only when your requirement is a hachback , if u really want to buy it. i20 sportz variant is value for money and a smart and good choice only when your requirement is a hachback , if not than go for subcompact SUVS like venue , sonet or Nexon.
8lac on road .. base model ... wtf.... Im Happy with my 5.30lac on road 2012 petrol magna i20.. which has same features as their sportz.. except 20 ltr less boot 😁😁
I too own a 2012 i gen i20 Mangna(o) which costed 5.71 On road , but it does not have standard Safety Features-Airbags and ABS. Cars acorss segments have got costlier than their previous generations and its not just the i20. I also own 2019 Elite i20 Asta which costed 7.7 lacs Onroad after discount. Happy with Both
Sir, with 1.5 diesel having 240 Nm torque and 99 ps power compared to 1 liter turbo dct having 120 ps and 172 Nm torque...in 1 litre turbo having just 20 ps more power than diesel but 70Nm less torque than diesel can you say which is more powerful engine and also having maximum speed ?
Hyundai hit the right spot with i20. Very few people can understand brand loyalty, and that is what brands like VW, Honda and Hyundai work on. All those who own Santros, i10s and accents will surely upgrade to this car and it will steal customers from VW for sure. and where you Altroz fan boys get it wrong is that pricing has nothing to do with customers in the VW, Honda and Hyundai bracket. they will never scale down to Tata nor to Suzuki. If they can afford an i20 for 10lakh, they'd buy it and never have a buyers remorse unlike "saving money and going for the Altroz". P.S. not saying Tata makes bad cars, they do have good benchmark products, but they target a totally different mass market. VW, Honda and Hyundai do not target high volume sales, but target customers with deep pockets and who can actually understand there is more to a product than its price tag.
new honda city is not bad. it certainly isnt using the Jazz architecture like the prev model but instead went for an all new south asian specific rework as city isnt sold in the western countries. good thing the car actually makes up for the lack in sharp edges!
I think the variants that will bring in numbers is the 1.2 MT Magna to Asta - and they are priced on par with the segment offerings from other brands. The 1.0 ltr turbo is there to show it can be done in this segment.
Bro we have booked i20 magna and delivery of it is tomorrow.I wanted to know there is no seat height adjustment in it so, if they r is no seat height adjustment then what will be the placement of it i mean will the seat be at very low, medium or very high and one more thing I wanted to know that when you drive this car then will u adjust height or u will drive in the default height. my height is 5.9 foot will there be any problem driving in it I mean the visibility in it or will I get difficulties in it to ride coz there is no height adjustable naa so...also its a premium hatchbag so its seating will be low only.... Plz help me sir with my query
It's not in the segment of other hatchbacks in the indian market. Look at the options and the features available. 120PS turbo gdi with DCT, punchy diesel engine, lighter weight. I believe it's better than Venue other than lower ride height and smaller tyres.
13lakhs? Bro the top model turbo(leading segment) is 11.33 lakes. Which is also not worth buying it. But your level of exaggerating, from 11.33 lakhs to 13 lakhs.
That's for Turbo engine!! If you don't want turbo engine..just go for 1.2 MPi Asta(o) which costs around 9.3lakh (almost same as that of its rivals and power figures too)
The car above driven is 9 to 10 which is is worth buying top end model is a turbo petrol which has performance like polo turbo which is also similarly priced
That's because the idea of an air purifier in a car more relevant to India and Asian countries, it wouldn't add value in Europe, Australia, new Zealand etc .
Someone with really big 💓 will buy this .. Rear looks so ugly .. Pricing is so high 1200 cc engine really sucks... 1.0 ltr turbo makes unpleasant sound Blue link technology really sucks whether you are in really good network In real world what do you want from your car ? The Company always misses them. Everybody complaining about thier lights their steering still this company stand still and giving all these lifeless steering ,dim lights useless features in their cars .. What hyundai is trying to show ....There dealers doesn't provide you test drive vehicle so people are bluffing only they don't know what type of performance we got from other than turbo engines ...Out of 100 dealers there are only 10 dealers which provides you a test drive vehicle other than they don't care to show you any other variant other than top ....
Excited to see the complete review.. the 1.0 turbo charged auto... taking on the VW polo it looks from the spec... what about drivability...? How is the steering response.. lucklust like the other Hyundai’s or has it gone neat too.. suspension set up.. hope that has changed... compare it to the VW polo pls... Altroz.. with its spec.. may be in for a tough competition.. let’s see how it fares there... Thank you for a quick overview ACI team
I have been driving 1.2 ivt 2020 i20 since last 2700 kms in city and highway. It so not feel underpowered, IVT keeps a check on throttle to downshift and give you power during overtaking and when needed. City mileage is 13-14 and highway its 17-18. Overall my sportz ivt 1.2 is fulfilling and is value for money i paid for. Too happy about all the offerings by car... Drive it own it and believe it. GO FOR IT...
Yes of course it's future loaded but the second base option is on par with the top model of altroz and baleno....Tooo much overpriced...U could spent a lill more and get a venue or sonet
@13LAKHS hehe hard to justify no matter what u say.... One would rather go for Seltos, XUV300, NEXON, even Hyundai's Creta! & You can buy Verna, City, etc etc too
Majority of Indians will prefer going for a Compact SUV at such prices but let's not forget, India is maturing as an auto market and there will be a niche segment who are looking for fully loaded hatchbacks at premium prices and they won't shy away from paying for it. Everyone is welcome in India and may the customer preferences win.
better to go with grand i10 nios .....more feature with affordable price .......recently i bought grand i10 nios sportz 1.2 petrol T silver....fully satisfied
I saw the car today physically and it looks so sexy and classy ...Best design ..dont go for negative reviews online This model has the Most sexiest design in Hatchback
People are saying for this price I would prefer this I would prefer that .Look Hyundai is an huge company and it now it's customer and market very well and before setting price for its product they know which segment of society should be targeted and stop being auto expert and wait till 3 months and this car also tops the charts
You haven't even seen or tried new 2020 i20 model but you know lot about its rear seating and gave judgement that its better than the comfy Altroz 😂 wow 😂 😂
In my opinion, i20 sports is going to be most selling i20 as per the price. Could you please make a video about the safety and build quality for Sports variant? As many people are now concerned about the safety and build quality, video on this topic for i20 Sports variant would me much helpful for the buyers🙏
When looking at it, I feel happy for Tata Altroz. However kudos to Hyundai for not shying away from taking risks
Totally agree.
Risk hai to ishq hai!😂
I kinda like the earlier design better
Bdi santro lag rhi h😂😂😂😂
Priced At 13 For Top End..Finally, Hyundai Has A Good News For TATA
Instead of this we will buy honda city
10,000 booked already what's up
👍😁
1.2 variants are priced similar to Altroz! And its 1.2 is better than that Trash 1.2 of Altroz
Even with this price, Altroz will remain in the 3rd place behind i20..
Rather than buying top end at 13+ on road,I will anytime buy Honda City mid version
OR S VARIENT OF VENUE
Or the SX Turbo petrol Venue
Only an idiot would buy a mid size car with fixed headrests after spending do much for it.
That makes sense. But hatchbacks have advantages. Usually in the indian market, we don't get engine options and features like a sedan in a hatchback. But this car is an exception.
Nexon xz+ for 12L my frmd...😂😂
I have booked i20 sport petrol ⛽️ but I am confuse between baleno or i20 . When I have drive the new I20 Pick up wise I don't feel so good apart from that everything is good , Baleno pick up wise so good . I Need suggestions should I go for i20 or baleno
Can i buy previous i20 or has it been discontinued?
connected car is an exaggerated feature which no one uses in real world.
Correct
So is sunroof
your car is parked in sun and before you enter the car you command the required temperature.. everyone uses it..
Totally agree with you. No point of even showing it as a feature.
Wrong
With better pricing and subtle rear design this cud have been Hyundai’s polo......timeless design
I think it was a experimental project
This is obviously made for international market and I think they wanted know how we Indians react to an international car and how we justify their pricing
If I'm correct, euro spec i20 has more features, doesn't it?
I think we can guess how Indians will react, considering their love for SUVs.
they also launched the same elite i20 in 2015. nbdy expected that it will sell good
I think people will be buying the lower end models instead of the baleno or the Altroz, but the top end Turbo variant (which costs almost 14lakh) wont be doing so well. Thats almost the price for a mid spec Honda City.
This is actually built on a different platform to the more expensive international model. This version is made for India and other Asian markets
Right
For this price point I would rather prefer compact SUV’s like Xuv , Nexon , Ecosport and even lesser versions of Seltos and creta
Exactly
Nobody buys suv or nexon 😂
Its not always about price I guess.. some people would not have the parking space to park SUVs or would like in crowded cities where driving SUV is a pain.
Agree with you . Pricing is higher
Xuv? For 12 lacks?
The speed at which Autocar is going is insane
Why
Look alike
Exterior - AMG A35
Steering - Audi
Speedometer - BMW
11.18 which will go 13-13.5L on road will be hard to justify for a Hyundai hatchback, although the top model is loaded, it eventually comes in the segment of lower versions of verna , city or even seltos and creta
For this price you can buy xuv 300 which has all safety features like i20 plus 17 inches alloys, 7 airbags and all disc brakes.
Or even the SX Turbo petrol 6 Mt Venue
The SX(O) has 6 airbags, bose sound system with subwoofer, sunroof, tyre pressure monitor, 1.0L turbo 118bhp engine with DCT. I don't think verna or venue is better than the top end i20. People are saying it's overpriced only because it's a hatchback. But they'll happily buy jacked up hatchbacks like venue for a higher price. Isn't this lighter i20 better than Venue.??
The i20 is a hatchback...not all people want sedans and suvs
I don't know about you all but I dont like the new i20 design. Don't even love the interior. The previous model was more premium looking. Looks do matter same as performance in Indian market.
Same for me.
I second it, it just seems too haphazard.
In India looks don't matter because currently the highest selling SUV in India is the UGLY CRETA. 😂
Kindly suggest my budget 9lakhs +.
hi,what is the NCAP safety rating of i20..tq
What has happened to Hyundai designing team
First creta and now this
Am i the only one who doesn't like these designs
Creta is great but
Nah fam! I hate em too! Too sharp and odd-looking for my liking
I also don't like this 2020 hyundai cars
Nope... You aren't alone! The original design language of both the models have been lost in their newest iteration. The front is still ok for both. It's best not to say anything about the rear!
Horrible rear. Yes, even Creta's rear is weird.
I just want to buy this car but I don't know anything about cars and spec's what should I have to consider either hp or torque..? For city drive.
Sir
I am confused whether i shall go for ivt 88bhp or 1 litre turbo engine dct
Will keep car for almost 10 years ...mostly city usage...75 percent
People Really Need to set their priorities right,Prefer Safety & Good Engine I mean you're not buying a laptop :v
Peace.
Yea, paying a premium for better kit, what nonsense
exactly
so we can go for a 5 star rated car at much lower cost
So, are you trying to say that we look for safety and a good engine when we buy a laptop?
What version of the i20 is it!? Cuz I saw a few photos of the car and it said it launched ahead of time!
Pricing will be hard to justify in a market which leans so heavily towards SUVs ( if you could call them that ). I'd rather get a Sonet or Nexon.
Also that front end, my goodness. Previous gen i20 had such an elegant front end, way to ruin it.
I like how you say if you can call them that. They should stop calling them that if they don't have 4wd or AWD as an option
I don't know about you but I liked it, but I hate the look of new verna
Yes ,one can get a compact SUV like sonet at this price range.
I felt previous generation front end was a bit depressing.. only the front end
The rear end of the previous generation was much better than this
My First Comment in UA-cam.
Even interior looks ugly. That steering wheel = yuck
Who will buy at this price, people would probably buy creta, seltos, honda city, verna , venue, sonet
Certainly not people like you who can’t buy anything but will always comment on cars that charge a premium for features.
If peeps are ready to buy Maruti against their own safety then imagine the number of idiots in our country.
I bet you will see this car in top 10 selling chart of 2021.
Nexon
So in India people will buy anything not Tata cars.. 😂🤣
Because Tata Motors don't know what our people needs they're working on 5 star safety.. 🤦♂️🤦♂️
As long as "kitna deti hai", and 'do I have air purifier in car' anything can sell in India not a safe car..
Yes I agree, but not all people want big cars, this is a hatchback. People buy the i20 as it is a hatchback. Otherwise there would only be vernas, and venues on the road.
Kia sonat and i20 2020 which is best for family use
Which is best among i20 diesel and altroz diesel.
What about i20 active model? Any updation for that model? Or that model will discontinue?
Can I buy this i20 or Skoda rapid rider ?
The headlight on this car looks really great and lights up the road really well. I just got passed by one of them and I thought it's an expensive German from long.
Altroz or i20? Which is a better buy?
Its a great overall package, but driving enthusiasts are waiting for polo next generation.
Legend drives Polo GT😊
I don't think polo next gen will be introduced. If it is then it will be too costly as compared to the rival cars.
Or maybe i20 N which will never come to India 🤣🤣🤣.......
polo ka next gen nhi ayega bhai india me
When's it coming out?
can anybody suggest me which variant i should buy?. manual or turbo? if i buy its manual will there be any less power?
The previous gen looks better
Especially that back!
101% it does
This design is so polarising
hello sir. please suggest i20 new or city honda base model ?
i20 ivt sport at 10.13 on road &
polo highline plus AT at 10.9 on road.
Which one is better?
Overall i20. Polo for drive performance
For specifically this case i20 will b a gud overall package as polo has dated looks, interiors n cramped rear seats...only positive is performance...
It's CVT vs Torque Converter, so it depends wether you want performance or just ease of driving. Also factor in maintenance costs.
Go for new i20 if only when your requirement is a hachback , if u really want to buy it.
i20 sportz variant is value for money and a smart and good choice only when your requirement is a hachback , if not than go for subcompact SUVS like venue , sonet or Nexon.
VW Polo has become old now
And in the high line variant you will not get so much features as compared to i20 sportz
Best in segment pricing that no one can beat😜😜😜😜😜
Haha you just nailed it
Emoji plays an important role in the meme...😂😂
It's a better car than venue. So I don't think the pricing is bad.
What is its mileage in city & on highway?
What is the safety rating of this car ?
Car start stop through mobile app bluelink works in Manual transmission as well or only works in Automatic?
How much is the ground clearance?
8lac on road .. base model ... wtf....
Im Happy with my 5.30lac on road 2012 petrol magna i20.. which has same features as their sportz.. except 20 ltr less boot 😁😁
I too own a 2012 i gen i20 Mangna(o) which costed 5.71 On road , but it does not have standard Safety Features-Airbags and ABS. Cars acorss segments have got costlier than their previous generations and its not just the i20. I also own 2019 Elite i20 Asta which costed 7.7 lacs Onroad after discount. Happy with Both
That's the best car u got of i20 ......elite and this model are rubbish
😁
Sir Nexon XE or Freestyle Titanium ?
WRV or i20 which is better
Sir, with 1.5 diesel having 240 Nm torque and 99 ps power compared to 1 liter turbo dct having 120 ps and 172 Nm torque...in 1 litre turbo having just 20 ps more power than diesel but 70Nm less torque than diesel can you say which is more powerful engine and also having maximum speed ?
You cannot directly compare petrol and diesel engines based on peak output
Such a beautiful car but don't you guys think the speedometer is copied for BMW M8?
Does the i20 have an automatic transmission?
Two examples of downgrade in design
1) New Honda city
2) Hyundai i20
new honda city is not bad. it certainly isnt using the Jazz architecture like the prev model but instead went for an all new south asian specific rework as city isnt sold in the western countries. good thing the car actually makes up for the lack in sharp edges!
i20 is an upgrade..... It looks great
Duh how exactly?
why u think those 2 are downgrade in design?
its more modern tho....
I would add verna to the list
I think the variants that will bring in numbers is the 1.2 MT Magna to Asta - and they are priced on par with the segment offerings from other brands. The 1.0 ltr turbo is there to show it can be done in this segment.
yeah
What is the ground clearance of i20 asta?
What do you guys think about tata altroz's engine?
Segment best overpriced car 🤣🤣
It's not in the segment of other hatchbacks in the indian market. Look at the options and the features available. 120PS turbo gdi with DCT, punchy diesel engine, lighter weight. I believe it's better than Venue other than lower ride height and smaller tyres.
Yes😂
Finally overpriced tag for polo lost to i20
13 lakhs (on road) for a hatchback doesn't seems to be worth!!
13lakhs? Bro the top model turbo(leading segment) is 11.33 lakes. Which is also not worth buying it. But your level of exaggerating, from 11.33 lakhs to 13 lakhs.
Altroz is a better option
That's for Turbo engine!!
If you don't want turbo engine..just go for 1.2 MPi Asta(o) which costs around 9.3lakh (almost same as that of its rivals and power figures too)
The car above driven is 9 to 10 which is is worth buying top end model is a turbo petrol which has performance like polo turbo which is also similarly priced
True
1.0T-GDi DCT is manual or automatic?
That air purifier looks like an after thought
It is probably an accessory
That's because the idea of an air purifier in a car more relevant to India and Asian countries, it wouldn't add value in Europe, Australia, new Zealand etc .
Just like venue
Haha 😂 😂 yeah
Whats the milaege of 1.2 ltr petrol
Someone with really big 💓 will buy this ..
Rear looks so ugly ..
Pricing is so high
1200 cc engine really sucks...
1.0 ltr turbo makes unpleasant sound
Blue link technology really sucks whether you are in really good network
In real world what do you want from your car ?
The Company always misses them.
Everybody complaining about thier lights their steering still this company stand still and giving all these lifeless steering ,dim lights useless features in their cars ..
What hyundai is trying to show ....There dealers doesn't provide you test drive vehicle so people are bluffing only they don't know what type of performance we got from other than turbo engines ...Out of 100 dealers there are only 10 dealers which provides you a test drive vehicle other than they don't care to show you any other variant other than top ....
True 😀😀...13lak for top variant...
what do you want bro ? 😂
Does it have reach adjustable steering
Ground clearance kitna hai
0 - 100 in 14.02 secs 😲😲 its really slow..
83 bhp dude, I heard the 120 bhp DCT one can do 0-100 in under 10 seconds
The outgoing i20 does that in 15.5 nd baleno in 12.5 jazz 14
Same kappa 1.2 try fords 1.2 dragon series 96 ps
The 1.2 petrol from Hyundai was never quick
Its the naturally aspirated petrol...!
Hyundai claims i20 Turbo petrol will do 0-100 in 9.9 secs...!
No manual in 1.0 turbo ... strange
Many people were waiting they will shift to nexon or xuv 300 like me
yeah man . i was waiting for turbo but it disappointed
That pricing tho 😱
Excited to see the complete review.. the 1.0 turbo charged auto... taking on the VW polo it looks from the spec... what about drivability...? How is the steering response.. lucklust like the other Hyundai’s or has it gone neat too.. suspension set up.. hope that has changed... compare it to the VW polo pls...
Altroz.. with its spec.. may be in for a tough competition.. let’s see how it fares there...
Thank you for a quick overview ACI team
Spending the same I could get a compact SUV like Nexon, Sonet, Venue.. What's the point if the prices are similar to another category..
Does it car has analogue speedometer? I really like analogue speedometers I absolutely hate digital ones
It has both
when will you drive the 1.0 turbo petrol?
Is it cvt or ivt ???
And whats the difference?
When we will get brake assist in india ?????
Why i20 turbo doesn't come with manual transmission??
What about ground clearance?
Why would anyone choose this over venue top model, or creta base variants
thats your opinion!
Because people don't want fake suv
I'd choose this over those two because of the updated design elements, fully loaded features , new design
Nexon
Because they want an i20 which is a hatch
I have been driving 1.2 ivt 2020 i20 since last 2700 kms in city and highway. It so not feel underpowered, IVT keeps a check on throttle to downshift and give you power during overtaking and when needed. City mileage is 13-14 and highway its 17-18. Overall my sportz ivt 1.2 is fulfilling and is value for money i paid for. Too happy about all the offerings by car... Drive it own it and believe it. GO FOR IT...
What’s is NCAP rating for new I20
Its John Cena for the hyundai cars lol
I20 the best hatchback in its class🔥
Hyundai has ruined the style statement by making it look like wanna be Verna from front and UFO from back
Yes of course it's future loaded but the second base option is on par with the top model of altroz and baleno....Tooo much overpriced...U could spent a lill more and get a venue or sonet
I wish it was present loaded too 🥴
But venue and sonet are not hatchbacks
Very true
Bro venue has very little legroom
With all its bells and whistles and a really attractive design it surely is gonna take the title of hatch back of the Year!!
Attractive design .? Ok.
Whats up w the pricing??
Venue s+ or i20 asta 1.2 l
Too many products at same price point, hyundai is confusing their customers-verna, venue, i20. All 3 at almost same price.
Verna is best
Is that air purifier a courtesy gift or something? Looks out of place and pretty aftermarket.
Still King of 1.2L NA Engine is Suzuki K12/Dualjet..they introduced K12 in 2010 that's impressive.
I dont like how the back looks, other than that, most beautiful hatchback in India.
Doest it looks like honda brio from rearupdated
*Still **_POLO_** Is the most elegant car even in 2025*
That would be the Altroz...
I'm not a fan of honeycomb grill😞
nah, Jazz is nicer.
Ground clearance is looking best in the segment much better than before..
@13LAKHS hehe hard to justify no matter what u say.... One would rather go for Seltos, XUV300, NEXON, even Hyundai's Creta! & You can buy Verna, City, etc etc too
Ecosport is also good option
Need a comparison with altroz as soon as possible 😁
no comparison required the Altroz beats the i20 hands down
The dash looks cheap apart from that screen
The dashboard really looks awkward while the screen looks pretty cool.
Taken directly from ertiga
Majority of Indians will prefer going for a Compact SUV at such prices but let's not forget, India is maturing as an auto market and there will be a niche segment who are looking for fully loaded hatchbacks at premium prices and they won't shy away from paying for it. Everyone is welcome in India and may the customer preferences win.
better to go with grand i10 nios
.....more feature with affordable price .......recently i bought grand i10 nios sportz 1.2 petrol T silver....fully satisfied
how is the engine power?
Same here bro, even rear seats are good with good legroom, and best reliable engine👍
I saw the car today physically and it looks so sexy and classy ...Best design
..dont go for negative reviews online
This model has the Most sexiest design in Hatchback
*Is it pricier than a polo TSI?* 😱
People are saying for this price I would prefer this I would prefer that .Look Hyundai is an huge company and it now it's customer and market very well and before setting price for its product they know which segment of society should be targeted and stop being auto expert and wait till 3 months and this car also tops the charts
i20 ka top model ya creta ka EX model ??
pl prise
Finally hyundai started following suzuki interm of exterior body ..this one is made of high tensile steel
Altroz is great package, but rear seat comfort of Altroz is no way near i20, it's leagues apart
Then you have to pay extra 5 lakhs for just reae seat 🤣
You haven't even seen or tried new 2020 i20 model but you know lot about its rear seating and gave judgement that its better than the comfy Altroz 😂 wow 😂 😂
Nvh is also a concern for altroz
In my opinion, i20 sports is going to be most selling i20 as per the price.
Could you please make a video about the safety and build quality for Sports variant?
As many people are now concerned about the safety and build quality, video on this topic for i20 Sports variant would me much helpful for the buyers🙏
Hope hyundai don't place the headlights near to ground in future , stating aerodynamics.... Sad design in front isn't sporty too
