Hi Jacob, I saw this video pretty late obviously, don't know if you will reply my comment. Since pack animal doesn't produce these anymore I was wondering if I could purchase it from you if you still have it and don't use it. Just a shot in the dark. Thanks for the video.
The bag does bounce a little, but it’s not noticeable while riding. The weight and pivot point make it so that it stays in place pretty well. There’s a small part in a later video that shows the bag while riding: ua-cam.com/video/GpPpKY2a3j0/v-deo.html

I know. It’s disappointing. I wanted one of their tool rolls too. Shame that high quality products aren’t profitable.
With no bottom clips and only the top clips holding it in place, do you experience swaying or bumping of the bag while riding?
