    I'm going to add some tricep work to my training. Hopefully, that will help with the bow arm elbow collapse. I'm experiencing

      Good idea. For some reason people tend to forget about their triceps when training. They seem more worried about their biceps looking big lol.

      ​@zednotzee7 funny thing about that the triceps are a bit bigger than biceps so most people looking to gain arm size the triceps are just as important, I'm still not at 100% after covid on the bow trainers I can only do 10/11 reps now so might be a while longer before I'm back on track
