It was the peak of December when I decided to embark on a motorcycle journey to Gangtok. The motorcycle, which was 9 years old, carried me from Kolkata to Bhutan and then to Sikkim Gangtok. During this time, I encountered a famous cable car ropeway and decided to take a ride.
I was astonished to learn that the fare was very reasonable at 130 rupees for a round trip. While traveling on this cable car, I marveled at the absolutely astonishing view from above. It was a truly beautiful sight from the top.
In this blog, I want to share some of my experiences regarding the cable car ride. At around 10:30 in the morning, I found myself at the taxi stand. During my wait, I noticed the cable car transport service and decided to investigate. The price was 130 rupees, and I was impressed by the affordability, prompting me to go ahead and take a ride.
The entire experience was captivating, and I was compelled to create a blog to share my impressions about the price and the duration of the ride, which lasted approximately 20 minutes each way.
