We are a family of 3 members and we have booked one single ticket for Girnar Ropeway, Junagadh. Now, I want to go till Guru Dattatreya temple at the peak of the Girnar hill while my parents want to return just from the Ambaji temple on the same ticket which bears my name.
Is it possible for me to return later using the same ticket while my parents have returned earlier without me ?

Yes of course every ticket is individually issued at counter even if it’s online booking you can always talk to the people there and they will sort it out. They are helpful.
