Maaannn the only crummy thing to 6 creed or .243 is the really short barrel life... any active varmint/predator hunter or amature competition shooter can go through a barrel In year or 2

Any plans for shouldered origin barrels? Been following wds for a while and am a utahn myself and like to support Utah companies.

They have the origin shouldered prefits. I have a 24" MTU contoured PBB 12 twist (.223) on 1 now and another ordered. I also have a 27" PBB 6.5 twist on a HOWA that shoots lights out with the Berger 80vlds and 85.5s.

I'd like to do something similar to this but in a 25-06.

If you're talking about a long range shooting build, I would rethink that, just because .257 caliber match bullets aren't widely available and there isn't great selection. If you want a long action cartridge in that neighborhood, 6.5-06 might be a better choice.
