I bought the box set and rewatched every episode when quarantine started. I paused the DVD’s countless times to see what shoes he was wearing haha. George made it all 9 seasons with same Navy Cortez’ 😂
I knew Seinfeld rocked sneakers on the show but I didn’t realize he rocked a few pairs of Jordan’s. That’s awesome! One of the best shows ever. Keep up the great work guys! 👟

Jerry's style was unique in that he would go for the popular model of sneaker but in a more subtle colorway. Even if the shoe was loud like the Grape 5, it was always balanced out by the rest of his outfit which was usually more muted.
Lol, I always looked out for what kicks he was wearing on the show.😂

Love Jerry owning the Sport Blue 6s and Cardinal 7s, two of my favorite underrated OGs! He was truly ahead of his time with his collection and I'm sure there were many more pairs we didn't get to see in the show.

I watched Seinfeld last year when it came out on Netflix and I immediately noticed all the Nike shoes that Jerry was wearing. It was really cool as a sneaker head noticing those gorgeous shoes.
Fun Fact: Jerry was on Complex a few years back and he doesn't understand why younger folk like us have some many shoes lol I think deep down he doesn't considered himself a sneaker head.

Great work my friend! 👍Love Seinfeld, and the shoe he wore 😁. Back in the 90s i wore a couple of those shoes. But mostly i was influence by Andre Agassi, hence the Air Trainer 1, Air Tech Challenge 2 & 3, Air Tech Challenge Huarache were my favourite shoes 😉

2:54 I finally found those tech challenge 3s in my size a few month's ago, but in the team purple colourway.
I'd love to find the other OG colourways.
I don't know how, but I missed the last time nike gave them a retro and now the tech challenge 3 is like gold dust.

When I used to work for Nike, we were brainstorming innovative ideas for NIKEiD, and I pitched to the director a Seinfeld concept. The Cortez was popular at the time and tried to get a George collab going. Didn't happen!

1. Some corrections though..I had those structure 2's in 1994. They launched in 1993. Im 46 and been a shoe reseller since 1994 so easy for me to know this stuff. My first ever Nikes was a pair of Nike Air Craft in 1990.
@6:52 Look closely...Jerry isnt wearing Structure 2 in that scene you claimed he did. He is wearing tennis shoes as evidenced by the medial toe box area. Those tennis shoes are the 1994 Nike Air Reistance.
2. Stab and structures and spans both have footbridge tech. Stabs were the first ones NOT structure 2.
Cut open any structure, stab or spans and you will find the footbridge in there. The Air Max ST, Anodyne and Analog also had a smaller version of footbridge in them.
The air structure 2 was an incredibly cushioned shoe with a full length air bag. It was one of the greatest cushioned running shoes out there. Air Mariah was the best racing shoe at that time and still a great shoe today.
