The company is very good at micromanaging and not paying the drivers even though most of us work 11 to 14 hours a day detention gets smaller drivers are not getting paid detention time waiting time Breakdown time maybe it’s time to start making the office staff work 11 to 14 hours a day and only pay them for eight hours Office is supposed to be support staff for the drivers not the other way around. The company has created the Crystal Palace scenario putting office help above the workers. If the company wants quality drivers, you need to pay quality wages and then you can weed out the bad drivers. It has always been that way , pretty simple drivers can either make the company look good or bad. We have too many chefs in the kitchen. Every load plan earth thinks the drivers work for them. Every Fleet manager thinks the drivers work for them along with the rest of the office staff all loads should go through , the drivers Fleet manager it’s really that simple. Let’s stop talking about fixing the phone system for the last three years and actually do it enough talk more action.
