Every now and then they clean the wall I don't know when they actually do but at times they do so fans have room and so it looks better. From your video they haven't cleaned it still. Just so you know it's free cause it's against the law to charge people to see a grave. So that why they have to include free time. I personally think they should take it off the tour packages and say it's free at anytime but unfortunately I don't work for the estate. I think you should include your name or channel name to the wall it's always been an Elvis tradition since he live there. If only those walls could talk they could tell stories to about the many visitors that's been there past and present what s wonderful story they could tell.
