👍I made some of these about 2 weeks before Christmas as I was too tired to make dumpling skins! everyone should try them as they are a healthier option rather than dumplings and have a lot more flavour, I served mine with stuffed Shitake mushrooms with Dung Choi added to the filling, this always takes me back to my childhood, something I always enjoyed with plain boiled chicken with grated ginger in a Si Yau dip and Ketjap Manis.
