      There's cheaper alternatives that can work! If you dont have a steamer, boiling a pot of water and placing your face over it works just the same to open up pores! Witch Hazel is a all natural cleanser AND toner and costs about $4 and using cotton rounds $1 fr the dollar store really help remove dirt. If you have oatmeal and an egg you can make a face mask(and other foods too) And since shea butter (small tub, about 5) is so thick, a little goes a long way if you use it as a moisturizer. 🙂

      My skin became soooooooo dry while being pregnant. I pretty much had dry sensitive skin. So I added hyaluronic acid to my skincare routine. Vitamin c serum, hydrating mask from neutrogena. Those things helped. The acne was manageable, but I honestly just relate that to the hormones.

    Your skin looks amazing. Thanks for sharing the products you use. Please do a day time skincare routine next. I have oily/acne-prone skin and I've noticed that keeping it hydrated instead of matte has helped with the sebum production. For people who want to steam but can’t afford or dont want to buy a steamer. Fill a bowl with almost boiling water(hot enough to be steaming), grab a large towel and hold ur head over the bowl with the towel over you head to trap the steam inside(hold the towel down on the counter/table top if thats easier just make sure ur head is close to the bowl). Please be careful not to burn yourself.

    Not all skin types are the same, some skin types are super sensitive and you should only use products for sensitive skin, and one for oily that will make ur skin dry up, and obviously oily products for dry skin, it’s IMPORTANT to know your skin type because if you put on any product regardless of if it’s expensive or not it will damage ur skin for good. And most importantly diet is very important, you are what you eat, if you don’t have your 5 a day, water to stay hydrated and fruit and veg, and your having junk food and Pepsi and caffeine it will show also,so basically be careful another important tip sebum over creates when you OVER eat you will notice you will sweat more than usually and then it creates pimples, so it’s important to eat clean. Have a nice skin day. Bye!

    How do you take care of your skin after a chemical peel? I got one today & she was saying I can only cleanse, not moisturize 😢

    • @sourberry93
      @sourberry93 5 років тому +3

      Use a gentle cleanser and you MUST moisturize your skin and use spf everyday. I guess not using a moisturizer will dry the skin and make it peel faster but I’ve never skipped my moisturizer. I’m studying to become an esthetician and I’ve had plenty of chemical peels.
