1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup buttermilk
ICING
4oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar
Bake 350 F (180 C) for 45-55 minutes
