      The shelf life of condensed milk buttercream is up to 1 week in the frige and is good to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. When you want to use it, let it sit on the counter to come to room temperature again, then whip it up a little just to get the lovely texture back.🙂

    Its easier if you remove the butter from the refrigerator about an hour ahead of time so it's not too cold to beat.

      Thank you Kathleen for your comment and advice, sometimes in some coutries where is not much hot weather, can this trick help to reach silky and velvet structure.🙂🧡🌹
