Hi MIke, Can you put a bigger sprocket on the other side of the jackshaft to reduce speed/ increase torque as well?Im trying to figure out a way to reduce speed / increase torque on my project.
The bigger the driven sprocket, the slower (more torque) it is. The sprocket on the other side of the jack shaft is the secondary drive sprocket. That would have to be smaller, or the rear wheel (driven) sprocket would need to be bigger.
@@mikesmotorbikegarage501 thanks so much!! I have a larger rear sprocket coming! I'm making the razor mx 500 electric to a 79 cc predator. It's coming out clean with a jack shaft like yours.
where did you get your jackshaft? i like the design of that kit and it would work great on my motor bike
I think I bought all of the pieces separately on amazon or ebay. Not sure. It's been a while.
