Good to see someone else work out this, i actually created mine on a watermark site so it had a little camera icon and then pasted it to a black background in paint.
Hi Dom, I've asked a few sites regarding an issue I have after downloading protected photos onto a computer for editing with canons dpp before I unprotected in camera, I'm having a message that reads "cannot access file" so I can save as a jpg. How can I unprotect the file while on my computer?
Very nice job!! I’m just discovering DPP4 , it’s really usefull . Can you save the file as raw and send it to photoshop for further adjustments?. Thank you and keep going.
Thank you for watching, if you click on 'Tools' and then 'Customize toolbar', you will see a photoshop option, check that option and this will enable a photoshop button. Once done editing your photo in DDP4, you can use this button to open the photo directly in Photoshop. Hope this helps.
That's a great question and a good idea for a video. I will need to do some digging around to try figure out if possible but I imagine that it should be.
You are a genious
Just a normal guy 😁 Thank you for watching.

Thanks for all your great explanation about all DPP4 features, as usual!

Yes, it's not the most ideal way but it works. Wish Canon would just build one into DPP4, would make it instantly a lot better.
Thank you so much! This really helps! I appreciate this!

Your videos are fantastic. Is it possible to photo stack in DPP4, I have searched the software but not found the capability.

Dom - would you leave placing the watermark until after you had edited your image?
Hi Gerry, thanks for watching and for the question. Yes I would do the water mark right at the end so that the editing doesnt affect it.
Why not just open up your photo in paint and add text to it?
