RUBEN charcuterie BOARD, with traditional Russian rye BREAD | stocking up on HANDMADE PELMENIs

Not always do I want to make and bread a bunch of sandwiches for the guys, especially when I know they want 2 or 3 of them🤪. So I make it easy for them to eat as many sandwiches as they want.
Palmenis are a staple and go to in our house!! I slow down and show the handmade way and palmani press too.

Grandma called Pelmeni "Belly Buttons". We always freeze them for "Lazy Days! We would add strong coffee to the rye bread.

I love Russian Rye bread with liverwurst and onions. My wife thinks I have a screw loose because of it. Little does she realize i got about 2 dozen screws loose.

I have tried Russian Rye Bread before. There is a East Europeon deli come Cafe down at Nth Greenwich Station. Super nice when it's warm with fresh unsalted butter. Thanks for posting....
