I completed my application and still haven’t gotten an email back. When I look at my dashboard it says the video interview was completed even though I haven’t taken it yet. Is anyone else having this issue?
So I applied about a month ago but I haven't heard anything back from the school. I got to section where I couldn't click the link. I even emailed the school but haven't heard back.
I love your energy !!! I’m 17 and graduating high school early and I can’t decide between going to an aviation college or to ATP. I want to fly for Delta but they don’t have any programs like united they only have delta propel and I would have go to one of there selected aviation schools like auburn. But I’m taking my FAA medical to see if I’m even qualified to fly before I go to either one.
Thanks Kameron! Omg you’re still really young, I wish I thought this far ahead at your age. I mean atp is really good for getting hours and being on a roll. The schools are great, but you have to consider relocation costs as well. I think the major incentive for getting in the programs are the interviews, but with the current shortage I don’t think atp students will have any issue with placements in the future. I’m still 50/50 and been considering ATP as well. I’ve been taking lessons part time and my instructor didn’t have the best things to say about ATP so I’m a little torn 😭 sorry for the novel, but I totally get what you’re thinking! ♥️
Definitely take the opportunity if you can. With a program like this if you’re serious enough about aviation you will make the money difference back in 1 month when you’re actually flying for united so don’t worry about that. Totally worth the relocation regardless of what’s holding you to your spot.
Hey thank you for helping us! i have question. So aviate academy requires Salli mai to be do e before it starts.. Do you know how to get salli mai? like do need cosigner? or what shall i do dor financial problem
You just apply for Sallie Mae online. It depends on your credit history on whether you need a co-signer or not. Because it’s so much $ though, most people do need a co-signer (like myself). You can also apply for the loan on Zuntafi.
@@SkyeElizabeth Could you tell me how they accept your Salli Mai. This is kinda big obstacle for people. They did not accept with the cosginer too. I wonder how are the cosginer’ conditions be like? They should have like high income or what. my cosginer made like 70k yearly. But they didnt accept it.
@@mayrasberry7872 I think it depends more on credit than income. I’m not sure though, you’ll have to call them and see if they can give you more info. It may take a few tries to get someone.
my son did the assessment test but there was a technical glitch on the video link and he was not able to record the video. The technical team told they will send another link but nothing happened. He finished the exam but three weeks later he got a rejection letter. i don't understand what the issue is? i heard the same to couple of other guys who had issues with the link.
I’m in the same position as you in the application process. What’s confusing to me is that the post application process that needs to be done once you get the conditional admission(not talking about the FAA knowledge test or medical). Your thoughts on this for another video would be great
Is the proof of funding a loan that they give you? And since we would not be working how would we pay the rent or will that also be a loan that would be included?
the proof of funding is a separate private student loan you will have to take out with Sallie Mae or another company. You would take out enough in loans to cover the funding for housing and The payments are deferred until after you finish. Lol lots of $ 😭
@@SkyeElizabeth I got conditional admission! But I’m not sure if this is better then a four year degree. If you sign the waiver are you committed to attend or does it depend on if you submit all of the documents?
@@dylanstolz170 it depends on you submitting all the documents I’m pretty sure. I have a bachelors degree and haven’t really used it so I guess it just depends. Def not a bad thing to have tho lol
It was giving random numbers and asking the percentages of them (like an example could be something like what’s 7% of 260). There were also some pattern recognition questions which listed numbers and it wanted you to guess the next # in the sequence. Quite a few more but I honestly forgot 🥺
Loved your video. I'm 17 and will graduate from HS in Mid 2023 and will shift to the states somewhere near November 2023 so will I need to wait till April 2024 to apply or can I apply as soon as I shift.
Hi! I am in the process of trying to apply and am putting my start date around July-August 2023. Do you think that’s too far out for the program if I’m applying now?
Do I have to specifically be an U.S citizen to get accepted? I'm not american (I'm from Croatia), but I'm a green card holder. Will I be accepted by having a green card?
They asked percentages of random numbers and things like that (like ex: what’s 7% of 20). It’s been a while, so I forgot what else since then. I’m sorry! 😓
❤
I want to apply to multiple cadet programs. Do you think it would benefit me to have all my 6 or 7 writtens before starting?
How long in between the Application process and the interview

Not gunna lie, their service/communication has been a let down
When you say FAA written test, which one are you talking about. Private Pilot, etc?
Yeah the private pilot exam, sorry

Go to aviation college. Not ATP
I would totally love to see how you do your studying for the faa written exam!!!
Working on this! :)
Do they pay you during the Academy ?
Please, Am Christian from Ghana and I wanna ask if the program is accessible to only U.S citizens?
I’m trying to apply to this program but on the application process it says to upload a resume, transcript etc did you do that or is it optional?
I did upload a resume on the application. Not sure if it’s optional

Woohoo! I think I’ll take it next month. Good Luck to you! 🍀
When do you have to provide proof of funds?
Within four months of your acceptance date is the cutoff. Then you’ll let them know you submitted everything and wait For a class date
I took my assessments the day before you did (June 22nd), but have not heard back yet…
