I am convinced that this demolition was the only choice. Any renovation attempt was futile, a huge cost, to give a barely fit for habitation place. A total waste of time and effort. It would have left a building of dubious condition. Demolition leaves a clean slate, while costing too, the money spent will leave a new clean safe place to erect a fresh new home, ready to be lived in for a lifetime at least. Seeing some of the rubbish, mess dropping down from falling ceilings clearly shows the amoubt of ness that would have been huge expense to clean out in any renovation. While some wood looked good state, a lot was in very bad state too. Rest assured you have the right sokution. Wishing all the best for you both, and now you can plan on a clean slate.
im looking to demo a 980 sqft house using a mini and 40yd dumpsters. can you please share how long this process took and how many trailer dumpsters it took? im assuming the trailer dumpster was about a 10yder? Thanks
I'm so glad you two didn't waste money trying to fix that house the wood was in such bad shape. And nice job on finding such good people with the skill to do a great job.
Fascinating. That boom is like an extension of his arm. Precise in how he attacks that house. You guys made the right decision. There would have been so much mold and mildew in the walls of that structure. It would never have been a healthy place to live.
I wonder if your squatters tore that ceiling down because they thought you were going to renovate it looks like it was torn down instead of a just falling down now you can start new at your pleasure! These demolition. Guys are absolutely the best. They are pros now you're great! Adventure starts May God bless you
K & S, Zac and Brandon are an amazing team that really know their business...They are two hardworking fellows who are helping make your visions for the homestead a reality...Cold here in Maine, only restocking the woodpile...deer and turkeys are waking back up...deer found our scrubs and have been hitting the needles hard...the day before that snowstorm hit, we had 30 turkeys come in to enjoy some free corn we put out...try to keep the wildlife fed during these wicked cold days...love the turkeys though, they know they are safe and will get some corn...Cheers from Maine
I am from Bath, Maine, myself! Hope your weather is warming up a bit! When this was filmed, we were still dealing with that snow/ freezing rain/hail/ stuff where I live in New Hampshire, now!😎💜👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
End of an old unrepairable chapter and the start of a new one. Better things to come for Sure. I can see the excitement in your face and the future in your eyes. Now the REAL work begins.
Just keep thinking how that was a home some one loved. Yes I know it had to go I said that from the start! Can’t wait to see your new house. A beautiful place for you all
Put the poor lady to rest. Thank god for great demolish machine to help with the demolish and the person that run the machine. One thing off the pocket list for completing a project. Love you all and god bless you.
I've never watched someone demolishing a house before. Thanks for the opportunity, it was awesome. Glad you guys are getting it done so you can move forward.
It looks great guys!! You have officially erased the all memories of the past and now paved the way for your future memories. Now you need a large magnet or a metal detector to find and pick up all of the nails.
WOOHOO! DEMOLITION DAY!!! Tearing it ALL down and starting fresh & new was really the only option! You two will never regret it! Looking forward to watching this project. Thanks for sharing!
That was one of the funniest tear downs that I have seen in many years. Almost as fun as watching a casino in Las. Vegas get imploded with a dynamite team. Thanks for letting us come with you through all of this. Can't wait for part 2. Have a safe and blessed day. ❤🙏
WOW! Kyle and Shannon, this video made me want to go out and destroy SOMETHING! 🤣🤣 I’m 63 and disabled, so I don’t think I’ll be any competition for the guys you hired! Thank you! I had no idea I’d get such a thrill from watching! Please stay safe and warm and well! Prayers and Blessings always
The little blue house had definitely deteriorated from your original walk through. I was scared for you to go inside for filming. The crew did an outstanding job with the demolition. Another step forward. Take care Kyle & Shannon. 💕from Ky.
Loved listening to the building go crunch ! I think I would have waited for a dry week , ask the fire dept for a burn permit and lit them up! Nice to see your land cleared up and know you are ready to move on.
Wow…watching the house be collapsed onto itself was pretty neat! It was oddly satisfying watching those over-sized construction Tonka toys bring it all down! The roar of equipment and the sound of the structures falling would have been perfect rather than the music I muted. 😁 Looking forward to continuing to watch your journey.
It's so amazing how it just crumbled. so nice to see it's gone. What a health hazard that would have been. Glad you're all safe I'm trully enjoying your show. Thanks for sharing.
Congratulations, Kyle & Shanon! It's so exciting to see the old buildings gone and watch you plan out the future of your property. I'll be along for the ride, that's for sure. This is when it starts getting fun and interesting. The boys that did your demo are pros, that's for sure. It WAS cool to watch. Thanks for sharing. Gotta skiddaddle now - I see your dad just posted a video on Grandpa Adler Farms, so I'm heading there next to check it out! Heather🇨🇦
So cool to watch them smash that house! I can't believe Chad and Your Dad isn't there. But I guess it's your channel and they're just letting you have it. Love you videos!
I agree that it had to be done. There was no saving the structure for any practical use for you. Whenever I see a old structure torn down I always wonder about the original families that built or lived in it. Does it still have warm memories of childhood dreams when it was shiny and new? My Great Grandparents home was recently sold after my great aunt died at 104 years old. The buyer completely gutted the 3 story home and is turning it into a 3 family rental house. The fruit orchard was plowed over to make way for more parking as well as the gardens. No flower bulbs will come up this year. The original bulbs were imported and planted in the 1800's by my great Grandmother who's family ran a landscaping company. 5 generations of the family have memories of the home and I hope that the new ones make good memories too.
Fun to watch, very exciting, and educational! You guys are getting a ton of knowledge, and experience under your belt! Can't wait to see the rest of it!! I'm so excited for you two!! Hugs!! God bless.
The land is going to be a whole different look with the buildings gone. I am excited 😊 for u guys, now things can move right along. Whoa so glad u hired out, would of taken for ever to do it all on ur own. As always God bless stay safe until the next video 😍
YESSSSSSSSSSSS the vlog I was waiting for. OMG it’s looking so nice. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR SHARING!!!. It’s like its my property as well. What a fun vlog
You two are doing such a superb 👏 job looking great, boy pretty soon you will be able to start building and that's the fun part, you go for it can't wait to see what you do next, great job you two are so sweet.
At some point in time, that house may have been the beginning of a family's hopes and dreams, but now it's time for the cycle to start again with the two of you! Congratulations Kyle and Shannon!
Your equity is building assets for you every day. The amount of the level of progress from the beginning to now reflects a good team in you and your wife. No question, exciting times are ahead. I love visiting and look forward, every week to what you two are up to. As exciting as this is, building will be even more so!
Kyle I just love your enthusiasm ! You are like a little kid getting to play with all his new demolition toys for the first time ! 🥰 I can feel your excitement ! Big changes !!
To watch the excitement in your eyes K was definitely worth the video without seeing the demo... Z & B really know their stuff... Job well done all round... Did you get to have a go at all? Looking forward to Part 2. Blessings to you both...
Will you guys be keeping the concrete blocks from the foundation to re use on the property for new outbuildings? Possibly even for the well house? A concrete one would be a bit more sturdy and weatherproof than a wood one. Congrats on getting rid of the eyesores!!
The way they demolished the house shows how old it is. It looked like brittle wood siding with how easy it came down. They barely touched it & it collapsed.
Now you said their are wasps and smells best thing you are doing pulling it all down start a bet home you choose to build...just watched Pa loving finding the egg at the teenagers box he loves it see you've got brilliant living parents love to you all ❤
I think the bones looked good. May just needed the sheetrock pulled out and new put in. However I did see where the door ways were a little short for you.
Wow, The house was demolished so quickly. I think that you and Shanon made a good decision to tear down the house. Now you can plan a new home for yourselves. Thank you for inviting us to watch demo day. ❤
So glad to see the old house demolished. I can tell the excitement in your voice. It's amazing that you shared with us. Thank you. Looking forward to the rest.

AMEN It a Shame But Yeah for them Clean Start!! Can't wait to see what they build back!! PEACE PRAY ON!!
Why is watching someone be destructive so darn entertaining???😂😂😂😂 I can't answer that, I just know it is. Great progress guys.
I'm so glad you two didn't waste money trying to fix that house the wood was in such bad shape. And nice job on finding such good people with the skill to do a great job.
I believe that’s where lower the boom came from LOL GREAT FUN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
Fascinating. That boom is like an extension of his arm. Precise in how he attacks that house. You guys made the right decision. There would have been so much mold and mildew in the walls of that structure. It would never have been a healthy place to live.

The John Deere was a beast . The weeks of work it would have taken you, the work when you can method. Nice job everyone.
K&S, you know there are people that are really going to have alote to say, but I for one of your FAMILY, say Thank God you choose this way.
Out with the old, in with the new - it takes teamwork to make the dream work - best wishes! 😊
Almost a clean slate so you can really really start your journey and build your new home. Happy for you guys.

Here in southern NH the deer are decimating our yews and arborvitaes. Been here 30 years; have never seen them this hungry.

Put the poor lady to rest. Thank god for great demolish machine to help with the demolish and the person that run the machine. One thing off the pocket list for completing a project. Love you all and god bless you.

There was something satisfying about watching them tear down the house! 😄
Congratulations for reaching 14,000 subscribers. Great news that you are demolishing that house.
Thank you! ❤️
That was one of the funniest tear downs that I have seen in many years. Almost as fun as watching a casino in Las. Vegas get imploded with a dynamite team. Thanks for letting us come with you through all of this. Can't wait for part 2. Have a safe and blessed day. ❤🙏
i like watching stuff like this ... the wood is some dry in this house i don't think i would have wanted to try and salvage any of it
Cool nothing like demoing old homes that are run down.
The little blue house had definitely deteriorated from your original walk through. I was scared for you to go inside for filming. The crew did an outstanding job with the demolition. Another step forward. Take care Kyle & Shannon. 💕from Ky.
Interesting process. You will have a great video by the time you get done.
A beautiful clean slate. Renovating that house would of been futile with the amount of damage. You're now on the way to a beautiful homestead.
Must be a lot of fun getting to demolish that old house and chicken coup. Looks like you enjoyed it anyway
Loved listening to the building go crunch ! I think I would have waited for a dry week , ask the fire dept for a burn permit and lit them up! Nice to see your land cleared up and know you are ready to move on.
Me too.
WOW you guys stay safe there is some terrible weather headed your way. Stay warm, well, and safe.
*Poof* then it was gone! Great video and fun to watch that old shack come down. Now for the clean slate videos! Hugs to Y'all Ü

Wow! The house just crumbled! It would have cost more to fix it up then to build a new one so I'm really glad you chose to tear it down.
I agree that it had to be done. There was no saving the structure for any practical use for you. Whenever I see a old structure torn down I always wonder about the original families that built or lived in it. Does it still have warm memories of childhood dreams when it was shiny and new? You kids are so neat! Love you both very much!and thank you again!
Will you guys be keeping the concrete blocks from the foundation to re use on the property for new outbuildings? Possibly even for the well house? A concrete one would be a bit more sturdy and weatherproof than a wood one.
Congrats on getting rid of the eyesores!!
We did keep some for some upcoming projects 😉
WooHoo progress know it makes you guys feel awesome 👏❤️🇺🇸
So glad y'all we're able to get the everything taken care of. They did a great job with helping y'all out with everything. God bless y'all.
🇦🇺 I would have kept the windows and vents to put into a green house or for a chicken coop.
The way they demolished the house shows how old it is. It looked like brittle wood siding with how easy it came down. They barely touched it & it collapsed.
I bet Adler would love to watch the big demolition vehicles at work!
This was so exciting to watch. Looking forward to seeing things coming together for you both. Great crew you hired 👍🏼
Now you said their are wasps and smells best thing you are doing pulling it all down start a bet home you choose to build...just watched Pa loving finding the egg at the teenagers box he loves it see you've got brilliant living parents love to you all ❤
