I feel for you. My friend is allergic to dairy, when we go to restaurants there isn't much for her to eat. Even day to day, so many things have dairy that you wouldn't think would have dairy in them.
My son almost died when he was a baby as he was severely allergic to dairy. My dad thought a square of milk chocolate wouldn't hurt him. So wrong he was. I feel your pain. Also my husband loves all kinds of greens except lettuce if you can call it a green. If he eats lettuce he gets a stomach ache and all that goes along with that so I'm thinking that lettuce a🎉lso added to your digestive issues. I wish you well and take good care
Oh no! That is so scary! I am so glad he was ok at the end. It is awful to have a reaction to any foods. Somehow it is better to choose not to eat something then not having any choice about it!
Sorry you got sick. I have several allergies and sensitivities including dairy, so I know how difficult it can be to eat out. It stinks that you were given incorrect information too. Hope you’re feeling much better!
