    You are correct with the feeder time movement. Yours look pretty good, should be around 14.75ish in length. Sometimes they wear down several inches and no adjustment will fix the banana bale problem. I replaced the trip arm and wheel on our NH 68 too. IMHO - these balers run best at full 540 PTO rpm. Feed the hay on the plunger side of the baler too. Typically bale length is a function of the flake size, so more flakes, the more consistent the bale.

      The tine length is good, slightly worn but not bad. I agree the baler likes to run right at 540 on the pto. I’m probably going to replace the trip arm so I’ll do a video with the results if that made a difference.

      Yes, they are all working. I am going to look at the wedges again and see if replacing them would help.
