Corvettes even with traction control and magnetic ride control can brake loose on you. I've had it happen to me. They lull you into over confidence if you lack experience.

Should have stayed in it, i have a C5 and the weight is so well balanced that its pretty easy to control in a slide like that when the traction brakes loose, just keep the peddle basically at the same amount of throttle the whole time and it will steer where ever you turn the wheel.....so f-n fun (didnt seem to be any traffic or on coming traffic so i would have stayed in the throttle!- even if it spun out it would still have been rad)
C5 2003 c5 corvette or 2019 bmw 530i g30 Soo I'm gonna make a car purchase soon my budget is around 20k and I've decided between two cars. A 2003 c5 corvette with 20k miles at 21k and a bmw 2019 530i with 50k miles at 18k. I'm torn between the two and I can't decide which is the better purchase. The c5 corvette is faster and I can tune it and also have fun with the car since it's rw and it's also just a pretty car not many people drive. On the other hand it only has two seats which is a downside cuz I'd want to bring ppl in my car. The 530i is newer has a luxurious inside compared the the corvette, it's a fully sized sedan with many modern features and performance wise it's not that bad of a downgrade. It'd still be a b48 with paddle shifters but that's not gonna crank no where near the max power of a Is engine i think. Also the deprecation on bmw's are horrid. The bmw would be good for traveling and chilling with people and other buisness related things but I wouldn't drive fast in it since it's a boat and not what I'd be getting it for. The vette is more appealing and funner option but it's also a lot older the inside doesn't compare to the bmw and the on v two seats is rough . ... like what it want sun night time action (

I can't see lowering a Vette as they are already low enough IMO, hell my '98 Trans Am is low enough for me and it's not quite as low as a '98 Vette but pretty close
