Path of the Furon had the jetpack right. It was a neater design too. But yeah POTF had you get fuckin launched. It had power. And time behind it too. You could tap it to hover, or just fly across the map in a boost and glide.

It was just so much more QOL than this (yes even the remade version) speedy jetpack, better guns, more fun guns, you can look up and down in the saucer, there's even fucken alieny enemies. Better hud too, you can actually see wtf is going on without a manual open at all times.
Final boss battle. No room to breath, weapons that little or nothing to the boss, and almost nothing to suck up to heal. And the people who made the remake did not let you use the cheat codes.
