I love your new intro and am so glad all of your hams are doing well, even the oldies! :') You certainly take wonderful care of them! T-Rex's cage looks super cool and he seems to be enjoying it. 💙 So glad you are making good progress with taming too! Have a nice weekend as well! 😊

Hi kimmie!! I just adored your new intro it was super cute!!!:) T. rex just makes my heart melt and i just love him so much!! And the mini cage tour was so awesome I was so excited when u said mini cage tour hahahah!! The clips of him really made my day hun and i just want to give him a big kiss lol!! I can't believe Ariel and diesel are 2 and 3 years old now!! They are such strong hammies and i am so happy to hear that they are doing well!! Also I saw your comment earlier on my video and i just wanted to say thank u so much for all your support and you are just amazing kimmie !! Hugs. Xoxoxoxox

hey kimmie I love the new intro. I asked a question before but I don't know if you saw it so just incase: what's your favorite species I general?
I'll drop some questions.....apologies if any of these have already been asked/answered. 1) Do you have a favorite breed of hamster? 2) Who was your hardest hamster to tame and did you do anything particularly different with them to overcome the challenge? 3) Did you have hamsters as a kid or did you not start owning them until adulthood?
I'll tell you how I got started - I remember having a long-haired peach coloured Syrian when I was a kid, but then nothing else after that (always had dogs in our house, though). Then, about 12 or so years ago, my mom got my 5-year old niece a dwarf hamster for Christmas that she named Itty Bit.
The following summer, they went out of town for a week and my mom asked me to hamster-sit for them. I brought the cage and everything over to my place and....well, my neice never got her hamster back LOL. I know it sounds mean! But my mom ended up getting her two chinese dwarfs shortly after I 'stole' Itty Bit and she didn't seem to mind. I've had hamsters ever since and I'll probably never have any other type of pet - I just adore them more than any other animal.

mijn hamster is al een beetje ouder (ong. 2 en een half) en hij begint plots te bijten. bijvoorbeeld waneer ik hem oppak waneer ik hem even los had gelaten in een kamer,
hij is wel tam, want in zijn kooi loopt hij vrijwillig vanzelf op mijn hand
zou het te maken kunnen hebben omdat hij een beetje ouder word ??
(hopelijk vind je het niet erg dat ik het in het Nederands doe, want mijn engels is echt te slecht)

Dat kan meerdere oorzaken hebben. Zorg dat je hem goed in de gaten houdt, want soms heeft het te maken met gezondheidsproblemen. Als het bijvoorbeeld zeer doet wanneer je hem vasthoudt, dan kan het zijn dat hij gaat bijten. Maar soms kan het inderdaad te maken hebben met zijn leeftijd. Hamsters die ouder worden hebben minder vaak zin om te spelen en dat kunnen ze dan laten blijken door te bijten.
Maar het is lastig te zeggen voor mij, omdat ik je hamster niet ken. Zoals ik al zei, het kan meerdere oorzaken hebben.
