You have the same metal trailer Christmas ornament outside like we do. Oh wait, ours is completely covered in snow right now. I miss the Tucson area in the winter. Next season we will continue our trip south from rural Alaska to the southwest. Our Labrador puppy is now 75 pounds, but she loves to travel in the truck. May you have a joyful Christmas holiday.
Great to see you enjoying the the wind up to Christmas. I too would really like to see more of the tamale making process. Not an easy find here in Southern Ontario.
Here in Texas, the abuelitas sell them out of coolers in front of the grocery stores. That satisfies my tamale fix enough to where I don't have to do all that work. Yours look fantastic, though! Love the videos
Steve, thank you for showing us your lighter. It might be too late for my Christmas wish list but I added it anyway. There's always my birthday. And I never get tired of video of your property and the Desert Outpost. Today's update gets me even more into the Christmas spirit.
Looks so delish! Yum! We've gotten tamales from a lady parked in the Safeway lot in Benson. Very good and convenient! I think we'll head down there this weekend for a few nights. Enjoy the days before Christmas ... the great weather and sunsets!
Thank you very much for this video. The Holiday Advent Calendars looks very nice and those Tamales look yummy delicious mmm mmm Happy Holidays to both of you and your pups .
Thanks Steve! The lighter is going to make a great stocking stuffer for my hubby. I would love to see Courtney make tamales from scratch. Hope you both have a great Christmas! Cheers to you both & the pups!
Hi guys - the tamales look and sound wonderful. I’m sure it is much easier to make them in a house than an RV. I make my sister’s cheese balls, a beef log out of ground beef & a hot pocket sandwich (I make the bread) called Beer Rocks. Enjoy the great Arizona fall weather. We are in Phoenix and love 💕 it. 😊🇺🇸
Yum
Yes Steve. Do a tamales video!
Don't think I've ever had a tamale - now I'm going to have to try one!

I would love to see you make tamales. Living in Colorado, I always love to bring home “Tucson Tamales” 🫔 They are yummy.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! 👍 and as always your B roll shots are awesome.

Hope you put a decent amount of meat in them: a lot of people use too much mass and they come out a little dry. How's Pepper behaving? Stay safe.
Holiday food. It’s good, but hard to keep the weight in check this time of year.
Homemade tamales is the bomb! Yummm😋
