Must i Use Nitrogen for both CO2 n O2 measurement?

If it is a CarboQC, you can use air. A CboxQC would require nitrogen or CO2.

Cant i use CO2 instead of Notrogen?

Yes but it will make the CO2 reading slightly higher.
