BMW F30 F80 LCI tail light retrofit DIY

IF THE INNER PORTION OF THE TAIL LIGHTS DO NOT FLASH WITH THE OUTER TURN SIGNAL THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GO ABOUT THIS. Tap the left wire and attach it to wire 1 on the outer tail light and the same for the right side.
PLEASE READ BELOW.
FOR WIRING THE INNER TURN LIGHTS. THE ONE WIRE THAT GOES TO THE LIGHTING MODULE ABOVE THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK PROPERLY FOR ME. WHAT I DID WAS TAKE EACH OF THOSE SINGLE CABLES AND WIRE TAP THEM TO THE BLACK/WHITE WIRE #1 ON THE OUTER TAIL LIGHT WIRING HARNESS. FOR THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE A FLATHEAD SCREW DRIVER, MOVE THE RUBBER STRIP AT THE TOP OF THE TRUNK LINER AND JUST POP IT OUT INWARDS. THEN YOU CAN FEED THAT TRIGGER WIRE THROUGH THE SMALL HOLE TO THE OUTER TAIL LIGHTS.
How to change your Pre-LCI tail light to LCI tail lights. Coding required after installation.
Tools needed:
-Philips/flathead screw driver
- Ratchet, ratchet extension, 8mm and 10mm sockets
- Alternatively 8mm and 10mm wrenches
- Prying tool
- Small screwdriver set or pick tool
Pin layouts:
OUTER LEFT:
- 1 TO 2
- 2 TO 1
- 5 TO 4
INNER LEFT:
- 1 TO 6
- 2 TO 3
- 3 TO 4
- 4 TO 5
OUTER RIGHT:
- 1 TO 2
- 2 TO 1
- 5 TO 4
INNER RIGHT:
- 1 TO 5
- 2 TO 3
- 3 TO 4
- 4 TO 6
A174*13B MODULE
- Left side to PIN 5
- Right side to PIN 13

- ALL COLD CHECKS TO NOT ACTIVE (NICHT_AKTIV)
- ALL WARM CHECKS TO NOT ACTIVE
