Hey Hey loved your review on the 2024 kickS . i bought the 2024 Kicks SV in January and I absolutely love it. At the moment I cant find anything negative to say about.bout mine for 24000.00 plus tax and license etc. No regrets in buying it. I am in a wheelchair and its got plenty of room in the back for my wheelchair without having to take it apart.
I’m over 6 foot and wife 4.11 it fits us both comfortably rides good runs smoother then the Corolla cross we test drove. We got a boulder grey pearl kicks yesterday
Always like the Kicks I'm a Soul person myself but when my wife's Sentra goes to car heaven we will absolutely look into the Kicks. Thanks for reviewing!
They remind me of a bigger more comfy soul inside just ride better we just got one been getting close to 40mpg hwy so far everyone says oh their underpowered well the ride and power was better then a Toyota corralla cross
I just bought the 2024 SV. Really like it. I work from home so I didn’t want to spend the money for the SR. She has good pick up and go. I wanted a small, sassy SUV and the Kicks was a good option.
I have a 2015 Versa SV Hecho in Mexico and it's been fine. Took me three years to discover it had one spritz of clear coat by the license plate. I've seen a couple other white ones with the optional 'matte' finish :) Mechanical issues none , normal maintenance, cvt fluid changed once, awesome mpgs, 38-42 avg.
I bought the SV a week ago... I can confirm that it's SLOW, but, I didn't buy it for racing, so that's not a problem... It actually does resemble another vehicle, but only slightly... It looks kind of like a militarized Nissan Murano...🤔
They both get good gas mileage, they both are about the same price, the Mirage is a bit cheaper. They both are pretty comfortable as well. And they both get you from point A to B. The base kicks has more features, but the base Kicks is also more than the fully loaded Mirage, which has a nicer inside for that trim level. But less tech.@@tdgdbs1
I have a 2015 Nissan Versa Note so my next step will be a Kicks. I rented one in Tampa and they added Telescope to the Tilt steering which made me happy (it's my only complaint in my Versa Note). Great car, great value.
I have a 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback with almost 100,000 miles. It still runs well but since I've had it for 12 years I'm simply getting tired of it. Considering switching to a Kicks since the Versa's no longer come in a hatchback design.
My mom bought a Kicks with the SR package last month. I got to drive it a few days ago and I have to say I was very impressed with. It drives well and the steering is great on it too. I've always liked hatchback cars and although the Kicks isn't considered one it looks sort of similar to one and I like that very much. I've been looking into potentially getting myself a Kicks as well but since I don't do much driving (I work from home) I'm thinking against it just so I don't have an added expense lol. Honestly if it wasn't for not needing to drive much I'd probably jump the gun right now and look into buying one. Best month to do so is December so idk.. I'm trying to convince myself not to lol
I love my Subaru Outback, but I'm very interested in all of the safety features this has. Thanks for doing the drive through. My concerns are pulling out onto the fairway. I'll have to test drive it for myself. Thx's!
Both the Hyundai Venue and the Nissan Kicks have the same size engine with about the same horsepower and torque. How do these cars compare? Does anyone have experience with both?
I just bought a Kicks SV 2024 and I noticed some differences with the one you presented. I have usb + usb c in the front + the left side of dashboard is all digital. Are you sure this one is the 2024?
This is a Kicks S, which is the least expensive model. It has fully analog gauges and adds an analog AUX audio input jack to replace one of the USB ports, I believe. Your Kicks SV has a partially digital gauge cluster, full center armrest and console, alloy wheels, body colored door handles, and no AUX input jack, among other things.
What a cheap car is all about!! I have a 2022 VW Taos, SEL Fourmatic (leased) and when you ever compared it to the likes of a KICKS, I was flabbergasted!! MY SEL is anything but cheap and it rides and handles as a German car should. It is great for zipping around town and the occasional trip to Vermont. We also have a 2023 Lincoln Corsair and a 92 Town Car, but for some reason, I find myself grabbing the keys to the Taos as it is so quick and the handling is spot on. Not trying to be mean but to compare the two is a direr shame!! My Taos had a sticker price of 37K plus change, so that was a bad comparison.
The road is loaded with Nissan vehicles. Kicks as a smaller car does not sell as many cars as larger Nissan vehicles. But there are more Kicks sold than Hyundai Venue.
Made In Mexico?! That is a definite no no for me. Thankfully I saw this video before asking for the dealer to show it to me. What a shame. I thought Nissans were Japanese cars? No wonder the prices are so low. This is really disappointing.
@@Alex-cr8bj I leased from Nissan any way. Chose the Rogue because it was way bigger. Turns out my brand new Nissan Rogue was made in Tennessee, lol. After 3 years I will just turn it in and get another brand new one. Would have preferred Japanese, but at least it wasn't made in Mexico 🤣😂
Kias are not made in Japan. They are made in Korea which is even worse than being made in Mexico or evenly just as bad. Kias have the worst engines@@esmileyva536
I got a 2022 civic in April last year. My neighbor really liked it and said he was going to look at cars a few days later he showed up with a kicks. At first I thought what the hell dude. But after he showed me everything and I do a good job of owing and aweing so not to tip my hand how disappointed I was. I actually really liked his car. We have owned our cars about 18 months and I'm happy with the civic and he loves that kicks 🟦
Thus far I like my Kicks. It is 2023, almost a year old. It has black wheels, which I really like. I have gotten as high as 46.4 MPG on the expressway. I love the gas mileage.
Bought this car last November and I really like it. I’m so comfortable driving this car.
Just got mine, I like the feeling of driving it, that it is strong enough for city driving.

I just got one, the seats are so much more comfortable than the '01 Civic I was driving.
Insane new Nissan Kicks SUV I can afford.

Great job explaining everything! It looks like a cool around town car! 👍🏼

Thanks for posting a full video of the fold down seats in the back

I got a similar car to the Kicks, I got the Mitsubishi Mirage. I also been in a Kicks. Both cars are nice!
No comparison.
They both get good gas mileage, they both are about the same price, the Mirage is a bit cheaper. They both are pretty comfortable as well. And they both get you from point A to B.

Plus the Mitsubishi has a bigger warranty. @@tdgdbs1
Nice! What model year is your Mirage? How long have you owned it?
Mirage is really different, small hatchback car, currently using

Insane Nissan bestie.

Thanks for the video, I may be buying a 2024 here in Lloydminster Alberta

You have a great personality and I enjoy your reviews. I am a car enthusiast.
Both the Hyundai Venue and the Nissan Kicks have the same size engine with about the same horsepower and torque. How do these cars compare? Does anyone have experience with both?
Do you think someone that’s 6’4 tall would be able to drive the kicks comfortably?
8th of January 2024 will marks 1st anniversary in my ownership of this model in e-POWER!
How does the ride quality and calmness compare to the Sentra?
Got the SR trim level with my 2024 Nissan Kicks
Do these cars last a long time my gf has one but got no idea about it
Disposable car, same for the Versa and Sentra
@@tdgdbs1 will it reach 200 k miles if you change transmission fluid
Change transmission fluid every 30k miles, don’t be late or say sorry forever 😅
I want to look at a Kicks SR. I had a Rogue Sport that they don't make any more. I really.miss the Rogue Sport. Kicks looks similar.
As per research, I think Nissan is building the Kicks bigger and fit in the Rogue Sport spot, 2025.
Yes, it is similar looking and very close in size. I sometimes park my Kicks next to a Rogue sport.
Transmission???
I find it’s excells better if you slowly get into it not just floor it
Very nice car for the money 💰

The left side is digital in my 2023 Kicks.

Bro really did an exchaust clip of that 1.6 naturally aspirated subcompact hahahha
Is this hybrid?
Zero Gravity Seats are comfortable.
i remember 2015... 10k chevy spark. still have it... chevy doesnt do 10k cars any more and wont... its too practical. how sad.
S is rear drum brakes

Not comparing but same class. Taos starts at $23k ish so I just like listing alternatives sometimes for ppl to also consider is all. 👍🏻
Please stop saying "I'll just put it that way " Good review, but it became hard to listen to after the 20th repetition of that phrase.
Oil change price is $ 125
Not where I live. Where do you live?
Nice video. I dislike the CVT, and 1.6L engine is a bit small for 2700lbs, otherwise I can consider this SUV.
Did I miss it? I heard a bunch of yapping about trim, comforts, speed etc and not much about the engine
Get a 24’ Trax over this
They got a weird wet timing belt😂
Nissan owned by Renault. No thank you
Dealer mark up real bad! Nissan is hardly on the road! Why? Oh, Cvt and reliability? Maybe.
The road is loaded with Nissan vehicles. Kicks as a smaller car does not sell as many cars as larger Nissan vehicles. But there are more Kicks sold than Hyundai Venue.
A completely downgrade in design
It is not a downgrade. He is driving the S version, the base model. The base model always has less than SV or SR for any year of the Kicks.
I suggest the SV trim, best of both S and SR blend trim.
Enjoy the Trash CVT

lol good luck buying something not made in Mexico. VW, Toyota, and more have plants in Mexico

Better than a Kia that’s made in Japan , Dam car is in a shop and needs a new engine , almost blew up on the Freeway, I’ll take Mexico in a heart beat
