I heard La Isla Bonita replaced this one if you listen very closely to the last 15 or 10 seconds of Etotica/you thrill me you can actually hear the begining music yo Everybody start to play ad if that song was going to lead into Everybody Music replaced a disco version of Deeper and Deeper the choreographer hired to do Deeper and deeper and Everybody was fired for showing up drunk so Madonna herself opted for Music and la isla bonita to be the replacement songs this is what I heard

Music was always on the setlist. Everybody, Deeper and Deeper and Holiday were all supposed to be on the setlist. But Holiday got removed, Everybody got replaced by La Isla Bonita and Deeper and Deeper was replaced by You Thrill Me. :)
