Leah, You are wonderful, I am highly appreciative for this beautiful informative teaching of traditional and medicinal value of your dishes and recipes. Thank you.
Pls dear sister, maintian ur unique style, that's what captivated most of us, don't use any hand gloves. It's our African traditional way of cooking. Our Mama's never used them n we enjoyed their foods and they lived longer too. Stay real, please. Many advice will be coming to u pls stay sensitive that u don't deviate from ur original and real content n style. You are very neat n conscious of hygiene, which is all. Love uuuu
You cannot even wear glove to do this kind work is just like mixing flour for bread production where at the mixing section you cannot use glove, it is best done wirh bear hands but properly washed and head gear just like what she is wearing. God Job sister I am hungry for it now

Bravo 👏, beautiful & very educative video. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful knowledge. I hv wanted to learn how to do this for over 50something yrs despite my several trips to the North in those days but I never knew anyone who could teach me how to do it & I love to drink Kunnu so much. Thank you so much for sharing the knowledge. May God reward you for your hard work & for sharing. Pls, don’t use any gloves in doing any of this our African traditional drinks. Using gloves can even chemicalize it & mess up the organic taste you are looking for in it. All you need to do is cut your nails clean & wash your hands properly when preparing it. We’re Africans with traditions & made with everything natural from God. Tnx beautiful sis, keep up the good job 👍👊❤️❤️
You are doing a very fantastic job keep it up thank you for teaching us. About the the unripe coconut drinking will one still remove the back before granding it
@@leahscreen i have learnt another method... i sold thousands of bottle of this kunu Zaki with Tuna pie as an undergraduate... trust me, you can't compare it with the Koko Ogi kunu that some people sell around..

Thanks a Million! This is a healthy and nutritious drink. My suggestion is that don't use suger ,to make it completely natural. You may add dates or potatoes to make it sweater.
I have been looking for how to prepare this. I thank God i came across your channel. I love it. Please keep it up. Please dont use glove your bear hands is much safer and healthier. My little observation is you should use cup instead of calabash to serve into the bottles as it was pouring on the bottle as it been served. Aside this i am highly impressed about the whole process. God bless you

Good kunu, but I want to ask a question how many days did you leave the sweet potato coconut and spices you blended to ferment before mixing it with millet . Thank you
the spice does need to be fermented, its okay to ferment the millet, the millet has been soaked for 24 hours before blending and after blending 3 hours later plus the initial 24 hours is enough for the fermentation and the longer it stays the stronger the fermentation
