Hello everyone! I'd like to apologize for the late upload (3 weeks na pala!) We've been very busy these past few weeks with our projects. We had to finish one project earlier than scheduled as per our Client's request. So that consumed much of our time of late.
In this video, I thought of letting you tag along as we spent our day outside. We also answered the Most Frequently Asked Question in this Channel: Do you build outside Puerto Princesa.
I hope you'd be okay with this video format. I just had to rush this so we can have an update for all of you.

Napakahands on niyo po as engineer. Praise God sa integrity. You will surely be blessed more. Yung Engr. Sol from San Pablo po na nahire namin isang beses lang nag inspect in 4 months. Yung unang punta, nagpapirma lang ng contract. 2 months lang dapat yun timeframe. Hindi na natapos tapos dhil hindi nakilos ang team kaya pinatigil na namin.. 500K poste at sementadong parking lang. 😭

May mga maayos na engineers, marami naman, kaso may bad bunch din talaga sadly. Sa next hire niyo po siguro anv tips ko ay: check their track record - previous projects and talk to the owners for feedback. Hopefully makatulong yun 🙏🙏🙏

Good evening po and God bless .palagi po akong nkasubaybay sa inyong video at sa inyo po ako nag kakaroon ng idea,pasensya n po,harinawa mabasa nyo po ito,isa po ako sa nkapag invest ng apartment pero wala po akong alam sa business na ito ang sa akon lng po na matulungan ko ang pamilya ko nasa 2001 po ako nag umpisa nasa 20 yrs n po ngayon ko lngn nabigyan ng time, dahil po n busy po sa buhay s kakatrabaho at s mga bata. Last year umuwi ako sa pilipinas para s bagong gawa na apartment bale png 3 ko na po na apartment excited po ako ng mag stay n ako s unit na discouraged po ako dahil ang tiles ibat ibang kulay at nag wave hindi pantay parang reject ,ang kwarto tumutulo na pupuntasa mga ilaw. para akong nanghina at npa iyak pag makita Ko ang daming damaged wala png nkatira sira n pati paint nag pakpakan .ang Engr walng pakialam.
Pati ang occupancy permit ihohold nya.
Mam, paghalimbawang na iturn over na sa owner ang finish project. Pano po ang magiging mode of paymant sa inyo. Tiga Pwerto princessa din po ako, sa mabini.
Hello Robert, good morning. Bale ang amin pong mode of payment ay either Cash or Bank Transfer.
Sa start po ay 30 to 40% downpayment para makapag-umpisa kami. Then Progress Billing na po as per accomplishment - 20% then 20% ulit, hanggang makaabot ng 90%. Once na matapos po ang building, ituturn over na po namin and once maturn over na ay saka namin kukunin ang remaining 10% sa payment po.

Good day po maam isang po akong ofw din.pwede po bamg magtanung kung magkano pp kaya ang magagastos pag nagpagawa ng 2 doors apartment na ang mga poste ready for 2nd floor.baka po kasi kasya na sa 2 doors ang naipon ko.6.5x5.5ang size po 2 bedrooms.maramimg salamat madam.malaking tulong po ito sa katulad kong single parent na may 4 na anak.❤

Hi Wincent. Project Employees sila as with most Construction Companies. Kung may project, they're with us. Kung walang project, we have to let them go as per the nature of this industry.
But honestly, one of the reasons why we try to get projects is to be able to sustain their livelihood. Ayaw naming mababakante sila. Ayun. Hope this answered your question. Thanks for watching!
