Kinda looks like a shattered glass (in other words decepticon version) of crosshairs (because of the guns), I like the unique name and design with the mask as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if he/she was actually psychotic, also I gotta wonder and imagine how a crosshairs and psychocon battle would look like. Would be just full on sharpshooting, bullets going everywhere in the battlefield, doing insane flips, etc.

This is for deep nerd lore so dont shoot. There is a character named Psychokhan. Four legged robot whos part of the destructons. They dont transform and only appeared a handful of times but i appreciate them for expanding the universe
