For anyone debating on getting the Legend 9’s. They’re VERY comfortable. So far they are my most favorite pair of boots that I’ve owned. There’s really no experience like these on the market right now
When it breaks in and molds into ur foot the diamond pattern dissapears and then the whole shoe just turns into smooth kangaroo leather and it feels like the leather is hugging ur boot, I have 1 season in them and I think I can get one more great structure on the heel.
You should do videos in the Legends or maybe other silos where older models are “actually better” than newer because they recycle ideas and tech. Is the iv elite better than the 7 pro? Is the V better than 9 elite? If these different models were made available side by side in real time which would you choose?! The comparison works better for this style but could work for others.
Legend 8 maybe “technically” superior in terms of lockdown and responsiveness but prefer the simplistic approach of the legend 9 which definitely goes back to the legend 6 and 7. Still prefer from the tiempo legend 5 to 7 but legend 9 is definitely worthy it.

Just swapped from wearing preds my whole life - 5 - 31 - and do not like the way they have taken that boot, bought some tiempo 9s a friend recommended, jesus these boots are comfy, out the box, 10/10

it’s all about preference i don’t have the tiempo 7 but i have the tiempo 9 i love them but my brother got phantom gts and i liked the hose a little bit more
Imo the tiempo legend 7 pro is one of the best takedown models ever made, they are so similar to the elite model except the quality of the leather so I'd definitely go for them personally
When are we going to see a review of the allure boots? Been waiting to see if they are worth the money. A few blackout versions seen being worn on the lowdown by some footballing legends so they must be good. It’s all about the leather baby!

Hi Josh, hore would your compare tiempo stud pattern to something like Phantom gt or predator freak ? I currently have legend 8 but I am looking for something more agressive and I cannot fit in mercs because i have wider feet. I find tiempo stud to be just little bit shorter than other options from Nike and when it gets just a little bit wet it looses some of its bite.
Go for the Phantom GT! Perfect for wide feet and great traction, not quite as aggressive as the Merc but still has some bite to it. Predator Freak has a super tight midfoot so I’d be cautious if you have wide feet! - @TheBootChef

Been a long time fan of the channel! I wanted to ask if you could review the Speedflow.1 AG since I live in the US and have had trouble finding AG boots but noticed recently Adidas is starting to sell them on their US site.
Is the toe stud not an issue? Have the rules changed? My son is worried that if they check he won't be able to play in these. He loves them but we bring his old pair in case their is an issue.

Won’t lie, legend 7 is still the best tiempo (4 and 6 right after). The leather isn’t up to Nike’s standard, heel fit could be deeper/taller, and there’s no reason why it doesn’t have a flyknit tongue like the legend 7 or phantom vnm.
Don't buy 9's to play on artificial grass. The rear spikes are different in comparison with 8's so they broke and fell off three of my friends. I play in 3rd 8's in a row and did not have this problem.
Talking about lightest tiempo ever,I think when Joshinsky weighed the legend 7s, they were lighter than the weight here for the 9s, but a whopping 2-3 grams 😃 It would also be interesting for Jessie to compare the 7s vs 9s for those of us who skipped the 8 😄. Those 2 anyway seem closer in approach than the 8 with its layered approach.

I belong to the 1% that prefers Premier over Tiempo. But the colorway on Legend 9 looks sick ngl.
I still have first gen premier ... they remind me of why i used to love tiempos

The legend 8's flyknit tunnel + quadfit system + stretchy laces give me foot cramps after a few minutes of use whenever I tie the laces tightly.

Foam pads are worthless and lock down is far worse on the 9. I’m hoping I enjoy the Mizuno better given the price tag

I have the legend 8's now and at first they felt way too padded, after a few wears and matches they feel more traditional if that makes any sense.
also, if you aren't locked into the shoe properly they'll bite your ankles.

Sizing is the same, although the toe box is wider and more rounded on the 9.
