I don't think the mixers are dishwasher safe. As the bottom part of the mixers shouldn't get wet

That may be a defective piece.kindly check with your seller for replacement of jar as the it comes under two years warranty on product & five years on motor. ...... And after one year of regular use mine is working well.

Which blade and jar to use for whipping in this model?
Hi Monami ji....
If you wish to make something like Lassi, milkshake or cold coffee, then you may go with the biggest jar.
If you want to make besan ka chila, then you can use the chef pro jar with the same blade used to make Atta dough.
I don't prefer to whip cream in this.

It does not have a separate coconut shredder but using the shredding blade you can easily grate the coconuts

You have to cut coconut in pieces and then use with shredding blade.

They only give shredding blade & that is different from grating blade which gives fine grated veggies like fine grated gajar for garaj halwa. These shreds are too thick.
