Learning the triangle pen spin first is a good way to get the hang of the thumb around for me but it could be different for others. Give it a try and I hope it does help👍
I've learned all the fundamentals of pen spinning easily a breeze, this is the hardest trick I've tried to learn and I'm happy that it's hard and it's a challenge

When you wanna do the thumb around reverse your index should be as close as possible from your thumb and middle finger to avoid the pen from hitting your fingers and stop the momentum.

the hardest thing is doing it consistently and always making the pen land in the position u want, I could do it in the first hour but took me like a week to do it consistently and smoothly.
The reverse is tricky because unlike the forward thumb around which has a similar movement to clicking your fingers, the movement of the reverse is very unnatural. It is like a finger click but the wrong way round.
The thumb around i learned it one day and reverse two days my arm like it gonna fall bruh 💀 but i learned it my dream but still i need lot of work for others thx creator +1 subs

Something that has helped me with catching it is to think of it less as catching with my middle finger and more so between my index and thumb :)

Left hand TA is right hand TA rev., and vice versa. Completely opposite orientation, but the concept should still be the same.

You know when you are spinning in class and keep dropping your pen, then everyone in class gives you pissed off looks….
Make them respect you, and each time you drop - you will give them pissed off look!
After like 50 tries i realised i was holding the pen in the middle then i hold it left side and got it first try
I learned the normal thumb around first and now it’s very difficult for me to do this

im having trouble with keeping away the middle finger. I got used to moving the middle finger upwards in a normal ta
thumb around and it's reverse are both easy but the problem is when we learn the combo of those two

I'm having a problem When I push my Pointer finger on my right. It Doesn't move It's stay there like its Stuck
when I do push with my index finger, it just goes off the tip of my thumb
I personally find this is harder than the normal TA XD, but lets keep practicing
if a small handed person were to order a beginner mod which do you suggest them to buy, looking for under 10$
Your hand size doesn't really matter, take whatever you like.
I do normal thumbaround but when I do a thumbaround it goes to the tip part so I need to be able to reverse thumbaround to continuos thumbaround
