"The 1989 World Tour" is just the name of the tour. This performance happened in 2015, as it is stated in the description and on the video itself (0:13).
Why is that the name? Taylor named her fifth studio album, "1989", after her year of birth, therefore, that was the name given to her forth headlining tour, in support of this album. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

She's not lying about him being a really nice guy. I met him in downtown Pittsburgh when he first started making noise and I asked him for a picture. He said yes, then I left him alone the rest of the time I was shopping. When I started to leave, he shouted across the store "Hey, bro, take it easy and be safe. It was nice meeting you".

Yeah. I don’t know the whole storyline, but Wiz did avoid all the inappropriate topics, and focused on a REAL story. It seems as if most just rap for attention and fame but some just don’t care how inappropriate their messages can be. I know Wiz has some bad stuff too but at least he “compromised” with Charlie Puth to make the song more meaningful.
