They’re both wonderful but glowing ghost is my favorite. I wanted to ask why did you apply a base coat before you applied the matte coat on the finished work and should I do that every time I apply matte ?
Thank you for your commenting. In this case it was Reinforce base coats that I use to protect the design or ombré layers before I put top coat or matte coat prevent it from spreading or damaging the design that I did.
It’s just a placeholder video. Nat would have to record a lot more footage for each video just to show curing on every set. Please don’t be rude to her.
