      make a basic rectangular extrusion in the curtain panel family, load into project, draw a plain Curtain wall, create curtain grids and delete unnecessary grids using the +/- grids functionality in revit to generate the pattern of interest.

    I do not agree with this. I do not see any reason to do this over just using a sloped floor, maybe multiple segments, or using the ramp tool. They each have their pros and cons, but both would be preferred over this. one of my main complaints is that the spot slope tool will not work on this. Thanks for sharing though, this could be a sort of workaround in a very specific scenario.
